I went to the Buena Vista Roastery when visiting Colorado recently. Where I am from you have 2 choices for coffee shops: Starbucks or Dunkin Donuts. I primarily drink iced coffee/cold brew, so I typically will go to Starbucks because I find it better than Dunkin Donuts. Although in my opinion both options are expensive for what you get and inconsistent in quality. I ordered a cold brew at the Beuna Vista Roastery and didn't realize what i was missing, it was a completely different experience/taste. I wish they had a place like this where I live. The staff was very friendly as well, and the place was very well maintained/clean.

The dirty hippie was incredible! A nice coffee spot in BV

Food and coffee were delicious. A little on the pricier side but 100% worth it.

BV Roastery Cafe is wonderful. The staff is unbelievably nice and the coffee is great. It gets a little crazy in the summer time and the line can definitely take awhile, but sometimes worth the wait if you need your fix. Plus they have amazing baked goods. I would say the best in town.

This place has great coffee and a creative menu. $3.50 for specialty drinks.

Sunday morning at opening, staff rude, especially barista. Owner needs to teach him manners or fire him. Very dismissive. All three staff needed a shower! We asked for a dry cappuccino 3 times and walked out with a latte. Plus coffee not very fresh. Not worth the money. We won’t go back.

We got a vanilla cold brew and a salted caramel americano, and the cold brew was so good my fiancé insisted we stop in again so he could grab another one for the road. Fun spot with indoor and outdoor seating.

Closed at 2pm? (Arrived at 2:08pm). Your Google Biz page on Maps says 4pm. Nicely done. Good way to have people like me not come back 👍

Mmmm...I make sure to visit the Buena Vista Roastery every time I go to town. Also, I always pick up a pound of whole bean coffee for my mom who lives in Utah and too used to Folgers. She loves grinding the beans herself and making an experience of the coffee. I love this place!

The coffee was excellent. I had a decaf americano, doubled the shots had them leave some water out. We stopped because there is a sigh that says “signature burritos.” In my opinion you can’t call a burrito “signature” if you microwave it to heat it up. It becomes a soggy wad of flour. I do have a suggestion to make your burritos better. Heat them up with a toaster oven or grill. Yes it will take longer but it won’t be a soggy wad of flour. Besides microwaving destroys the nutritional value of food. Y’all may not believe that so try toasting or grilling them just for a better breakfast burrito. Thank you for listening.
