Great spot. Great food and coffee. Don’t miss this stop.

This little coffee shop is always a delight! I stop in for a quick coffee and breakfast burrito when I travel through. Parking is always a challenge but don't be afraid to walk a couple blocks.
Be sure to tip. It's tough to get service workers and gratuitous behavior helps them! Enjoy

Walked here after Buena Viking dinner! Cute cafe and enjoyed the honey badger drink! The cranberry biscotti was perfect with our coffees! We enjoyed some sips at the cafe and while walking the town. Friendly staff with good suggestions

I visited Buena Vista with my Aunt and Grandparents and our first stop was the Roastery. We all got pastries and drinks and everything we had was EXCEPTIONAL. A special note on their gluten free bunt cake - WOW. So good!!! I want the recipe now 😋 (Annika? 🤓)
The baristas were so sweet too which made it a really wonderful visit.
Annika has clearly done a brilliant job running this place and we will definitely visit again next time we are in town 🤩

Overall, I enjoyed it here.

To begin, coffee was pretty good. I had a regular coffee, which was lovely, and a chai latte. The chais were on the sweeter side, even the spicy one, which might be some people's thing, but I wasn't in love with it.

They have about 2 dozen syrup choices, so you can get anything you like. It was already very sweet, so I didn't go for these, but that might be your thing.

The breakfast burrito was good. They don't allow subtractions to it, so if you have a problem with onions you might need to find something else. The almond roll was heavenly.

Vibe was pretty good. It does fill up, so stake out your spot.

All in all, I would recommend it and return.

Had plans to get of town early to head to our next destination but chose to delay by a few hours to make sure we could grab a coffee and delicious pastry from the BV Roasters! Great atmosphere and best coffee we found in our week long your around Colorado. Highly recommend!

Perfect little coffee shop: excellent and friendly baristas making high quality espresso, in-house bakery with fresh goods and oh, they roast their own beans here. 🙌🏼
