the roastery is, hands down, the best coffee joint in town. best beans, great vibes. i used to hate coffee and their roasts have converted me!

Awesome coffee, love the reusable sleeves. The gluten free options were great as well as the rest of the bakery. Wish this place was near where we live, we would go every day!

I have been to the Roastery regularly for the past few years and am always happy with their quality and consistency! BEST place in BV to hangout with friends or work on your laptop. A busy, yet relaxed atmosphere which offers free and fast Wi-Fi, and chill background music. Greeting you with a smile every time, employees are always friendly and calm. I only wish they had more real food options besides pastries and quiche. Otherwise, this place is great and I would recommend to anyone who needs a stress-free escape from home!

Best coffee shop I've been to, and I am heavily into making my own espresso at home! I've solely used their beans for several years now.

I haven't been let down yet with a bad shot in their shop, which is rare. They have some great milk based drink options (Honey Badger!) along with alternative milks (almond, coconut, soy, and hazelnut I believe).

Awesome food too, and a great selection of gluten free (gf) pastries made fresh.

We never pass BV without stopping in!

Absolutely love this place!! They have a HUGE selection of drinks and single origin coffees! They were very kind and accommodating with my special drink order. Came here all the way from Salida twice to work when visiting the area.

1 star is would not go back and wouldnt recommend and 5 is go back every chance I get. The quiche was good but the latte was fairly weak. It tasted like they only put one shot of espresso in the 12oz cup.

Best independent coffee house in fown. Grab a cup, get flavor shots, check your email. Fill up loyalty card for free drink. Even a frequent bagged coffee buyer program. Beer barrel aged coffee is my personal favorite. 😁

Absolutely amazing. I'm from New York and I thought I make the best coffee, but I had a Spanish latte and Oh My God. It was fantastic! I didn't want it to finish but, sadly it did. I'll be back!!

Impressive homemade pastries and really good coffee. Lots of gluten free/vegan/allergy friendly options. Stopped in for a quick breakfast while passing through Buena Vista and will visit again!

This is my favorite coffee shop ever, and we're not from here. Have to get a dirty hippie every time we're in town. They serve breakfast and treats. Outdoor seating and indoor. Highly recommend!
