The barista did not hear my order well and automatically added a 50% tip to one latte. It was the most expensive coffee ever.

Barista couldn’t understand English very well at all and it made the experience stressful in an already stressful morning. No massive deal to some but it made me very anxious.

Expensive, mandatory service fee, and you have two kids behind the counter that don’t bother to bring the drinks out to you.

Experience was ok nothing special.Included tips for nothing. No service. At least would be better to bring drinks to customers. Otherwise charge for nothing.

Really good cold brew, cute space. Small selection of pastries and bagels too.
