One of the best places to eat in Aspen! I get that everywhere Aspen is expensive, but it is totally worth it! I highly recommend the hot chocolate, they have amazing marshmallows!!!

Went in and ordered a black coffee, black tea, and a bagel. $36 dollars.
Was given a number; I went and sat down. Fifteen minutes later I got the bagel. No silverware, no coffee or tea yet. Went to the counter and asked for the coffee … was given to me in a paper cup. Asked for it in a mug for here, was put in a glass (this is hot coffee or was ..)
Finally got it in a mug, had to take the coffee and the tea to my table myself … when asked if I could get silverware … I was given a plastic set with a paper napkin.
Found out later the automatic gratuity is 22%. Shouldn’t I get that myself since I had to get everything myself?
I understand charging for a product that is amazing … even understand Aspen prices and rent. This however was horrible.
There was a manager standing right there watching everything, including a guy coming out from behind the counter to join a table from time to time. (All while I was waiting for lukewarm coffee and tea to arrive).
If you’re going to open a high end cafe with exotic coffee and tea … maybe do some training of your staff first.

Excellent addition to Aspen’s coffeehouse scene, and a perfect compliment to the Hotel Jerome in which it’s housed. Out of NYC, they bring high-design and unique offerings you won’t find at other Aspen coffee shops. Make sure to try the s’mores latte- indulgent, but delicious. Slightly pricy but you’re paying for the space mainly.

We spend a few months out of the year here in Aspen, and we were excited to see Felix open here in town, as we frequent the soho location from time to time. We came for a breakfast, and our order for two hot coffees and two avocado toasts set us back $72 , what !!!! As a person who tips for good service, added gratuities are becoming too automatic and too presumptuous, especially when you are called the counter to pick up your beverages while seated, and called over again after a request for water. We would be regulars if this shop supported regulars, but it seems the intention is to price gauge hotel tourists.

The paper churched this place up as an experience. It offered the same experience as ever other coffee shop, I sat and waited for them to make my coffee. Coffee wasnt bad but nothing special. They only offer one size of drink equivalent tons small at other coffee shops I'm guessing. It was rather pricey ad they charged an insane amount extra for favoring. Gratuity was also included. All said and done I paid 12 dollars for essentially a small Carmel latte. Shoudl be a one star but I understand its aspen and prices are high..... but not that high

Great little spot. Limited coffee menu that is all espresso focused. If you’re looking for a good espresso drink and a cool atmosphere to relax in this is the spot.

Cute place but honestly it’s over priced. For what I paid for a mocha I expected it to be crazy good. I was not impressed. The coffee tasted super bitter. The RBG bagel is really good but I wouldn’t spend $30 again on coffee and a bagel.

Stepping into this beautifully designed and decorated room... it's almost empty, 1 person at one table and 3 ppl at another. There is no greeting whatsoever, 4 employees are standing right in front trying to cover their faces because they are eating something. My bf and I coming all the way to the counter and greet them first. We order 2 coffees and 2 pastries and take a seat at one of the tables. In couple minutes they call us to pick up our pastries..Really??? They are slow, there are 4 ppl standing doing nothing, 22% tip is included! Ok. My bf gets up and gets the pastries. 5 minutes later they call to get our coffees. He goes to the counter just to realize that only one coffee is ready and he has to wait for the second one. Comes back to the table with coffees, and have to come back to the counter to ask for silverware for pastries.
1 star for decor and design
1 star for delicious pastry. Coffee was ok. But guys you gotta keep it together if you are charging 22!!!!% tips

The atmosphere is super neat and the coffee was wonderful with the homemade nut milks. Don’t understand the hate.
