Tammy is a great server! and the service was fast and the food was good and the restaurant was clean. Very satisfying and tranquil experience

The food was good but they were out of French toast.

Server was good. Food was ok.
I find it ironic that there’s 8 signs on the host desk that advise you must wear a mask and yet they give you a used, food stained menu. Cant be too sanitary.

Ihop has always been one of my favorite evening out dinning spots. The ihop in Alamosa has great staff. Service is exceptional. Friendly smiles, lite conversation and speedy service are standard procedure. Along with the excellent menu, beautiful smiles and great ambiance the Ihop in town is a must stop by establishment.

Busy when we arrived, but they got us in quick. Everyone was on top of their game, and we ended up with more than we could eat. A nice breakfast in Alamosa.

I ordered the double BLT with fries. When my sandwich arrived 30 minutes later it had onion rings and not fries. I informed the staff and when the plate returned it had fries with onion ring crumbs all over the place. The double BLT only had 3 pieces of bacon not 6 as the menu shows. The sandwich only had one slice of half a tomato on the whole time. I informed the staff and they were very rude. 10 minutes later they brought me out another half slice of tomato that was so thin you could see through it. This was my very first time at this restaurant and it will be my last. You would expect more for a $8 sandwich and I didn't need the attitude from the staff. They treated me like it was my fault. I guarantee I could make a better double BLT than the so called chef. Stay away and save your money. Gave another try on Feb 20, 2020. This time for breakfast. Very slow to no service after you get your meal. Never again.

If I could leave less than a 1 star, I would as this particular IHOP doesn't even deserve this one star. My husband and I ordered off the $6 menu. I got the burger and he got the chicken tenders and pancakes. My son got a pancake sundae for $3.50. We ordered 2 drinks which are 1.50 each. Sales tax for restaurant food is 4%.
First of all, it took 45 minutes to even get our food . The pancakes my husband got were terrible! They tasted like box pancake mix, not the pancakes IHOP are known for AND they shorted him a tender. We brought this to the attention of the staff and it took another 25 minutes to even get that tender. Our bill came out to a little over $20. We spoke to the manager and explained that my husband didnt even eat his meal because it just wasn't good, plus with how long we waited we didn't want to pay for his meal but we had no problems paying for the rest of our meal. The manager said she would comp his meal. When we paid it ended up being almost $23. She said because of taxes, but that's a bold face LIE! Not only did she charge us for all the meals, but somehow we got charged even more than the first ticket. We asked if she really took off the price of my husbands meal and she said yes, its just that much because of taxes. Math doesnt add up. A $6 meal and $3.50 pancake sundae plus 2 $1.50 drinks only adds up to 12.50 plus a 4% tax adds up to about $15. We were lied to and stolen from on top of the terrible food and customer service. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!!!

We always get good food and service here. Food was delicious and the only waitress was GREAT. She handled the place with no problem. Service, atmosphere and food was great.

Was told our wait would be 20 to 25 minutes. After several tables were seated before us and an hour went by we finally cut our losses and left. Don't come here they lie about how long the weight is going to be. If I did know it was going to take over an hour I would not have put my name on the list I would have gone somewhere else.

Called ahead Tammy was great through out the whole process. Food was done to order and of high quality. They did what was expected. Thank you
