IHOP

So my husband broke his foot & we just got done with a Doctor's appointment on August 16, 2022 and decided to have some breakfast. While this is my husband's 1st day with a cast and crutches, so I asked the guy if we could sit close to the door so my husband didn't have to hop very far. He said said yes that will be fine. So we sat down about 8:30am while we look at the menu's to see what to order. While the waitress keep walking by us and so did that guy and no one ever came to check on us to see if we were ready to order or what we wanted to drink or anything. Finally 30 minutes pass and still no one comes to help us. So when my husband stands up and I'm trying to help him walk out one of the waitress comes rushing to the table saying that she was just going to come and help us. I told her nope were leaving we've been waiting for over 30 minutes and everyone keeps walking past us not acknowledging us were leaving. Poor customer service and will not be returning.

Though the food and service were outstanding, you can see the workers running to keep up the pace. My waitress ran to serve 6 tables with a smile. I waited for my refill longer than anticipated but totally understand the demand. I tipped well and was real happy with her service and the food. We had a Philly cheese steak and a California club sandwich.

The Ihop was nice when we arrived we had to wait at least 15 mins this was in the morning. Our food came kinda of warm not hot. Also the Ihop seems small. which 30 mins later got packed real quick saw a ton of people waiting so just be warn you might have to wait a bit in the morning.

Our waitress was very kind and patient. They were clean. The food came out hot and it didn’t take forever to get it. They weren’t very busy, so it was pretty peaceful.

The pancakes were good but my steak was way under cooked and my waitress never came to check on the table. Sat waiting for a good 30 minutes before I had to ask another server to find my server and still waited ten minutes for her to come out and get my table taken care of. I usually really like IHOP but this one really sucked on it customer service.

The restaurant was clean and the staff was very friendly. I had the lemon meringue blueberry crepes and my daughter had the strawberry cheesecake pancakes. The food was excellent.

Apparently over medium eggs are slimy white eggs. Manager is horrible she didn't even try to fix it besides asking If I wanted over hard eggs. If I wanted over hard I would of ordered it this way!! Horrible way to try to correct problem.

Your Price increase is astronomical and there is no reason for it. I own my own mom and pop restaurant my prices have gone up but not astronomical like theirs has, 2-2-2 meal used to be $6and tax now its over $12+tax+ordering fees even for in store prices. That and you could tell the staff where absolutely miserable not a server or host had a smile, or can even fake one. Very dissapointing

I realize they where short staffed, but we never got the salsa we asked for. When the bisquits and gravy finally came out, after all our other food was gone it was ice cold. We where waiting for our bill and asked to have the bisquits and gravy removed. She never came back with the bill. So we went up to pay and asked them again to remove the bisquits and gravy. She wanted to see the bill which we never got, proceeded to say they where short on help. We agreed and said you need A LOT more help. Being short handed shouldn't mean frozen biquits. And the waitress just never coming right back with a bill. We didn't have any cash or we would just left some and left.

They were out of eggs and salmon. They were nice about it....but seriously no eggs? It was disappointing.
