If you can live without food or coffee for couple of hours please do, buying something in flight would be more reasonable
Asked for something on the new menu the lady replies in a rude tone, I don’t have ingredient(s) what you want me to do!
2 - 16 oz latte
2 - turkey sandwich- literally one slice of deli and one slice of cheese in it
And a tiny apple juice bottle
Guess the price $40. Is it worth it? Hell no, Not even close. Have ingredients and good quality, there is nothing to complain but
NO QUALITY
RUDE SERVICE
INSANE PRICES

It sounds like Gustos Coffee exploits their employees by exposing them to early and alone shifts. I toured the entire airport in San Juan and it looks customary to only have ONE employee at each of their airport stores. The only one employee at each of their airport locations were taking the orders, heating $12 micro croissants, preparing $7 8 oz. coffees, steaming milk, plus providing customer service. I would give them 0 stars if I could. I just don’t like places with overpriced products that exploits their employees.

So sad we as travellers are hostage to outrageous pricing, dirty spaces and bad tasting baked goods in a place that could offer so much more. We ordered 2 small Americanos, 1 large water (because there is no place to fill our own bottles) and a corn muffin for a mere $21.19. There are many reasons for this crazy pricing but there is no excuse for poor quality and dirty spaces. When asked to have the table cleaned they handed us a squirt bottle and paper towels to clean it ourselves. Happy to in my own space but not when I am paying too rate.

Not so bad as people talk about.
Higg airport prices but coffee is good.

Ordered Mocha coffee.
Biggest cup size.
Worst coffee i’ve had in years!
Tasted like spoons of Nesquik were dissolved in a cup of coffee.
So much sugar. Was impossible to drink.
In addition to that the cup leaked and the spilled on my white shirt.
Payed $8.
Worst coffee ever.

Don’t hold your breath waiting for a cup of coffee. The service is so slow, Makes a sloth look fast. Also the value per service and product failed the common sense average cost. Cup of coffee a package sandwich wet and uneatable and a pastry (Quesito)all for $20.00 average cost on the island $5-7 umm nope. Never again. To be fair or not, I am from Puerto Rico and they sucking on services. Ooo yea don’t forget the long lines. Att: Management your need to be involved. This is not a storage unit business.

12 bucks for a croissant sandwich $#$$$$$$$. I made it up Gusto's by taking all your condiments including mayo utensils sugar and lots of napkins. Than walked out and threw them in the trash.

I ordered a corn muffin and was truly surprised: it was fresh (for airport standards, of course). Ordered a small chai latte and it wasn't bad. Paid $10 for the chai and the muffin, which is steep but expected. Service was indifferent but fast.
Tip: If you like chai and are in Terminal A, go to El Mesón, best chai hands down.

Don't go there... Lates and coffees are Tribble... Rude workers. Starbucks is best choice which is located in terminal C.

Avoid like the plague. Got a standard bottle of water for $10. Biggest rip off I’ve ever come across…
