Dutch Bros Coffee

Arrived at 6am with about 7 cars total. This is a horrible drive thru experience. Waited 5 minutes to get my order taken. About 15 minutes time I left. Drove up to the window and she asked if I had ordered. I said yes. She looked at a pad and said oh yes I have the large latte. I said yes. She asked a co worker and it was just sitting behind her. This should have been brought to me. Even the car behind me got her order. The order taker was extremely friendly and nice. Not worth the wait for a $5.55 plain hot latte.

Great coffee and outstanding customer service!! The staff is amazing!!

They have Great coffee! But my rating is solely on the employees knowledge. Everytime I ask what flavors they have they just say a lot of flavors, you can check online or they just don’t know. All the other Dutch bros elsewhere have great customer service and knowledge on their drinks.

I’ve heard all kinds of great reviews about this place so I finally made my way out here. It’s about a 40 minute wait when no cars are in the street. It’s about the same price as sonic. My drink was poorly mixed. I got a watermelon Arnold Palmer. It was very water down and I don’t think there was tea in it or lemonade. My wife got a coconut mocha that tasted nothing like coconut or coffee. Maybe it was just an off day but I don’t think we will ever go here again.

One hour long wait is ridiculous. Totally not worth the wait. Been to other locations and this one should run much better than it does. Zero star if I could.
Arrived at the Dutch Bros in Yucaipa, CA on 11/13/21 at 10:55 am. Line was wrapped around the building and up the street which is on a hill. Thought to myself, I drove 45 minutes to get to this location as this is the closest one at this time to me. Should have driven up to Apple Valley, ca location. Better service up there and less of a wait. So I ordered right away about 5 minutes into my wait. Lots of people in car and lots standing outside. As I made my way thru the line, it didn't seem like anyone was being serviced. I watched the people standing and waiting and only once in my hour long wait did I see anyone get a drink they ordered. About halfway through my wait, I wanted to leave. No way out of the drive thru. So I continued to wait, and wait and wait. Seriously, one entire hour in a double line of about 20 cars and it takes this long to get a drink?!?! Totally not worth it, my drink didn't taste terrible but it sure wasn't anything great either and I have had this same drink at 3 other locations and it was so delicious, but not at this location. I have recently been turned on to Dutch bros but after this experience, I would rather just partake of Starbucks instead of wasting an hour of my life sitting in the sun, hoping my car doesn't overheat from having to throttle for an entire hour. Your company should do better, much better for something so simple as coffee.

The line was very long but the employees handle it well and take your order quickly when you enter the parking lot. Be prepared to wait during peak times but it is worth it for the delicious drinks

I really don't understand all the hype about this place?? Waited an hour, which I did anticipate because of the excitement of this new location, but it was just not worth it at all. The guy was super nice and recommended the cold brew. Also informed me that if I was unhappy w my drink to let them know and they'd remake it but how am I suppose to do that w a line of 30+ cars and 20+ people ?? Wait another hour? No thanks. Tasted okay the first sip then a minute later tasted like water. Disappointing. I might try again in a couple months when it's died down some.

The first time we came here the coffee was excellent. The passed few times it has been terrible. Not sure why they put so much milk in a coffee. We order Americano and it tastes like milk with coffee flavor. Don’t think we will be spending anymore money here. Our coffee at home is better and a lot cheaper too. Sad because our first experience was good.

Super sweet staff and the drinks are always on point.
