Let me start off by saying I'm a die hard Dutch Bros fan, but the new location in Yucaipa CA is beyond slow. From arrival to order pick up it was a good 45-50 minutes. I've been to 3 Fresno locations for years and I've never had to wait that long for my drinks. And I have the app to make everything smoother but unfortunately that was not the case for me. I was brought 2 wrong orders before I was given mine. I don't know if it's because the staff and location is very new or it was just a lack in communication but Dutch Bros please do better.

Really good drinks, unfortunately they mess up the sizes a lot. Like ill order a large and they'll give a medium. Happens quite a bit but still, great drinks

Long time Starbucks customer so maybe my review is sort of one sided. Always wanted to try Dutch Bros but they were hours up north. We finally drove the 45mins to Yucaipa and both ordered a nitro. Both our nitro's came with tons and tons of ice when a nitro has no ice. It tasted like a plain ice coffee but was far from what a nitro should look and taste like.

I went for my first time today. Now I was expecting to be sitting in a line forever waiting to order so I planned on looking at the menu while waiting. To my surprise, there was someone waiting to take my order when I got there. I was completely unprepared and panicked, but my girl taking my order was so great and didn't rush me at all. A bit of a wait to get my drink, but there was a LOT of cars ahead of me. Worth it
