They ran out of ingredients to make the drinks. But decided not to tell us until we were at the window that they switched out for 1/2 n 1/2. Two of the drinks were the wrong flavor and none of them were blended all the way. Multiple times did we get giant ice pieces. Dutch Bros do better. At least tell people as they’re ordering you’re out of an ingredient instead of switching it out/ not saying anything till we notice. Bought 3 drinks at the Yucaipa Location around 4:23pm. Cotton Candy (2x) and a Dream Weaver (1x) which they didn’t even remember to put the coffee in.

Our Yucaipa location opened towards the end of 2021, and has been very busy/popular! I have been during different times and days- there's consistently a line, BUT it does move! I'm trying to taste all of the items on their menu, but so far, I have only had a few of their coffee drinks, a few smoothies, and a few of their milkshakes. My favorite so far is anything molten lava! But I find them all (so far) very delicious! Their staff is very knowledgeable, kind, and patient with me, especially since I'm not always sure what I want when I pull up to make my order. They always have a smile on their face and are willing to listen and recommend. On my most recent trip I was able to get a free medium drink with my rewards and they were kind enough to give me a pup-cup (pupaccino) for my dog at home that included extra dog biscuits! I wish I had taken a photo of the beautiful treat, but my dog woofed it down faster than I could get my camera out!

A little out of the way with me living in Temecula but it was worth the drive. The drinks were perfect and the customer service was amazing. My friends had amazing drinks and my iced Americano was class. Would make the hour drive again. Yes, we drive an hour just to get a drink and then drove back.

Good coffee. Lines are long - here is a piece of advice. Park your car, turn off the engine, and get out and walk down to the store. Then you don't have to wait. Much better than the bitter over roasted coffee at the green and white place.

If you want fun, tasty and highly caffinated drinks (or any combination of those three) this is the stop to make.

For being a new location... They still need to work on efficiency... A lot... They have to many people taking orders out of order, so we got our drinks, before 4 cars ahead of us... Which then we were stuck in line until they got their orders.
I also think the workers outside need shade!! It's too hot for them out there! Other than that, service was great and friendly. And the coffee was super delicious. But we will wait to go back for a while, til the lines get better.

The line was incredibly long but the staff was prepared. I ordered an iced golden eagle and a blended sweet sunrise rebel… it took a long time for them to make my drinks but all the staff members were SO nice and took the time to talk to me while my drinks were getting made (with the line so long, I could see that the kitchen was absolutely slammed with orders). I really didn’t mind waiting for a long time for my drinks because of the wonderful and friendly staff. When I got the drinks, they all waited for me to taste and WOW this place definitely lives up to the hype. Golden eagle was incredible, and on top of it, an employee brought me a second one for free because of how long I waited! I was so happy and grateful. AMAZING staff and AMAZING drinks. Overall a 10/10 experience. Seriously recommend, even with the long wait times (which I assume will go down after the opening hype calms).

Ordered a “nitro” coffee for the foam top and when they gave it to me there was no foam. I asked the kid working and he said the photos are photoshopped so yeah this one doesn’t have any foam because it’s from a can.

Great coffee and super friendly staff! Highly recommend!
