Java Detour

Love Java Detour! Not only is it in a convenient location heading into Marysville / etc. from Yuba, but they do a great job! Quick, friendly service and quality flavors. Blended White mocha, tropical medley smoothie, and Chile verde breakfast wrap are favorites. I also really like that they will happily add your personal protein or supplements to drinks if you ask them!

I love JD. But hate driving all the way to Yuba City to get coffee. The service could be better. The staff just seem like they don't want to be there. Please ,I like to joke around and get to know a person,you could be a bit better on social skills.

It's been a long time since I've been there but I give it 5 stars just because there wasn't a long line of cars. My drink was good and wait time was minimum. Also, there are two windows open for drive through orders.

I don't get drinks from here often but when I do, they're always amazing. Quick, and efficient staff, full of smiles.

This place has great coffee

Okay coffee. I got the reeeses mocha with a extra shot and it just tasted like a milkshake I didn't even see them put shots in it super disappointing and the young girl was not friendly at all it seemed like I was a nuisance even though they weren't busy. O well!

Great offerings at good prices. Staff is always very friendly and if you are a regular customer they even get to know you better as well as your preferences. I think the drinks are much better than Starbucks and I always recommend this place to all my friends.

Ever since Dutch Bros moved in across the street, their coffee and service has gone WAAAAYYYYY down hill. You would think with all that competition (because literally the line at Dutch Bros is always packed) they would step up their game or at least keep up with their quality and service. The quality of their coffee and service has been hit or miss.Today was the last straw with this place. The girl didn't put the lid on correctly, when I went to set my coffee down it spills all over middle console and my phone, (which I thought was toast because afterwards it wasn't working properly. It's fine now). I hand it back to the lady telling her the lid wasn't on properly. She puts a new lid on, doesn't even give me a new cup and didn't even offer to refill it. I know one thing, this customer of 10 years, won't be going back anytime soon. Dutch Bros may have just gained another customer.

Absolutely love the Reecees mocha. Service always friendly, wish we had one in Plumas Lake.
