Dutch Bros Coffee

I love going to Dutch Bros. For a while the hype was funny to me with the long lines. I thought it was just a trendy thing. Nothing like Starbucks though and I'm thankful for that. The amount of drinks that can be made at this place is unbelievable. If you've never stopped in, don't let the line scare you. Fairly quick and the window service if there is walk up goes fast too! By the way, they have sugar free options too.

The coffee selection here is small but excellent for what is available! Customer service is near superb and the staff went above and beyond to make me satisfied ( a rare commodity in today's service environment). I applaud Dutch Brothers for the attention to detail for a great product and better customer service!! 9 stars!!

All the employees work very fast and efficiently. To get you in and out as quickly as possible. While treating you with respect and holding a cheerful smile until your order is complete.

Stopped by on the way home. You have to try the OG gummy bear lemonade, blended. It will bring back the taste in your mouth. Can you say FIRE!

Visited this location for the 1st time and they messed up my order... tasted like I was drinking watered down milk.

Also forgot to give me my receipt at the window and I couldn't even go back and have them fix it.

Very disappointed, especially after waiting in line for over 30 mins. 😞

I like going here because I like the drinks. The atmosphere is upbeat and inviting. My only dislike is more often than not, there will be a long line (that is typical for when I go) and there are the select few employees who every time will spend more time talking rather than taking orders holding up the line until someone else walks out to take orders, too. That or they talk at the window so long after drinks are given and all the people behind them have their drinks too, that we are all now waiting for them to visit. Very annoying and unprofessional.

Don't let the long lines discourage you, they move quickly. The staff is always super hyped, friendly and helpful Great experience every time
So so so many choices and everything has been delicious so far.
