My white mocha wasn't good. My first time getting a lemon muffin was handed to me ice cold. SMH!

So I ordered a banana bread freeze. I ordered extra shot and whip cream. I am not sure if I got charged for the extra shot but there is no markings. And I got no receipt. Little disappointed normally this place is on point. But the girl taking my order down the the person at the window all looked new and didn’t seem to want to be at work today. My other drinks where right so I felt 2 Star was deserved instead of 1 Star.

Also the banana bread freeze has no flavor. It tastes bland like they forgot to put flavor in it.

*Update* customer service never got back to me. I thought maybe they where having a bad day. So I gave them another try. With 2 cars ahead it took forever to get my drinks. I found out there was a employee standing outside the building chatting with a customer. Then I finally pay for my 3 drinks and the person stamps my loyalty card 2 times. They just can’t seem to get it right.

My son had a dragon egg drink. He enjoyed it. Filled with sugar just the way a kiddo likes it. Staff had great recommendations on what he could have. I felt that getting off was easier than going through the drive thru

Great coffee and drinks, would give 5 stars if my drinks tasted the same every time. The night crew is much better than the day crew, they're friendlier, polite, and the drinks always taste the same :)

This last visit to Dutch Bros was near perfect to what we requested in our coffee order. Keep up the great work!

BEST DUTCH BROS THIS SIDE OF THE MISSISSIPPI!! My MIL's car broke down, and Dutch Bros gave us all free drinks since it was over 100 degrees outside. Don't sleep on JOSE though one of the best prepared and attentive workers at Dutch. Literally let us borrow personal tools to help get the truck fixed. Thanks Jose!!! Best customer service in Yuba city, Starbucks wouldn't have done what this crew did that day, BIG thanks everyone!

My whole family are regulars here. The staff are awesome and super friendly. They are super great about fixing mistakes when they do make them, though not often. If you do not like the bitter taste of coffee, make sure you get your drinks 2x or 3x sweet, you will not regret it. The Carmelizer, iced, is my personal favorite.

Just a reminder to pay attention in the driveway thru though, we have been rear ended while in line before because people aren't paying attention.

So sad to say this is my first disappointing experience at Dutch Bros. I live in Utah had am visiting for the holidays and I was happy to know I’d still be able to get my first of the month sticker while on vacation. When we first got there, there was a line out of the parking lot which didn’t bother me because Dutch is known for their quick service and friendly staff. Unfortunately they only had one person out taking orders which really isn’t their fault but for the line I’d hope they would have more people out there. I still wasn’t really worried about it because we had time to kill. Once we finally ordered the lady taking our order was very nice. We waited about 15 minutes before we got to the window after that. At the window the staff inside wasn’t very attentive and not even similar to any other location I’ve been to. Usually they talk to you about your day and it’s a very nice experience even if it’s a way to distract you from the wait while they make your drinks. Granted my drink is a little complicated but no where has ever gotten it wrong before. At the window we wait for another 15 minutes just for my drink while my boyfriend got his almost instantly. I wasn’t upset about the wait as long as my drink was correct. Unfortunately it wasn’t and I was too annoyed and frustrated to ask and wait for another one. Next time I’m in town I will be hesitant to visit this location again.

This is no longer Dutch Bros Coffee. It is now MONGOLIAN BBQ. This is one of the more popular eateries in town, Mongolian B.B.Q. It opened at noon but there were already people waiting to get in. The selection of meat and vegetables were somewhat limited, compare to other eateries in big cities like Los Angeles, but what they did offer were fresh and locally grown. It was an enjoyable lunch on a quiet Saturday afternoon.
