Dutch Bros Coffee

So I’m pretty upset. My gf and I came here for a hot drink on a rainy night before going home, and the girl up front who was taking the orders spent 10+ mins talking to the car ahead of us taking pictures with their phone and drawing on the car with 3-4 car lengths in front of the car, not allowing us to pull forward not Acknowledging us at all. We waiting 20 mins for 1 drink. Also the girl who was handing out drinks also spent an excessive amount of time talking to the same car( found out the person worked at this location) and when we tried to explain what happened she scoffed at us with attitude and handed us our drink after 20 mins.

Dutch is Great but this is only the second time I've gone since they've opened waaaay to busy definitely need to expand in the location... it's in demand for sure!

The coffee is just as a good as Java detour or Starbucks the only doffrence is this coffee shop has a ling.line out of the parking lot with 1 to 2 people out side taking orders they chose a incorrect location for a coffee shop also I and many others feel like the family oriented shop is following suit like Starbucks and letting politics amd ect get in the way of them running a buissness I remember when the two owners/brothers started this company in Oregon was amazing now its just going down the corporate greed path so not happy with them

Fabulous! 👏 customer service with friendly smiles. Also how cool is it they ask "You have any plans today?" I remember learning customer service in all my jobs and asking people how their day was as a friendly conversation. So many drinks to choose from with goofy names and yummy drinks to cheer up your day.

The blended white angel mocha is my favorite - it tastes like a milkshake. The staff was super friendly and doted on my dogs. They gave me two pup cups for the two of them.

LOVE Dutch Bros - their sizes are delightfully (and actually) large and worth the amount you pay. I worked night shift recently and decided to go here (as it's the only coffee shop still open by the time I had to leave for work) and they worked speedily. Even got a bonus drink and huge water for free, which was totally unexpected and made my night that much better. The staff was full of energy and super kind. Def. recommend!

Between the caffeine and all the techno, idk how the workers don't all have high blood pressure.

If you ask for a drink with light ice they won't fill them up all the way. If you don't ask for light ice the whole cup is ice. Scammers.

What more could you ask for, it's Dutch Bros. Aside from the occasional moronic broista that ALWAYS messes up my order, Dutch will never get less than 100% satisfaction from me.

Have nothing bad to say about dutch bros all the workers at always kind and helpful. They make you feel as if you were the only person there, I gave them 5 stars they very well deserve it.
