I would give them a 5 if it wasn't for their lack of generosity with the coffee. The baked good are great and I am there almost every morning but at $3.75 for a 12 to 16 or cup, they will not give even a single refill or provide other more affordable coffee selection. Recommend for the owner to take notice of the business model at the popular Paris Baguette in Encino where they give customers a good balance of "quality" and "varied" bake goods, sandwiches and coffee at more "reasonable" prices.

This would be a higher rating if they actually had their desirable items in stock. They're always out of whatever my wife and I are looking for, regardless of how early we arrive (I'm talking minutes after they open, not hours) They also never know if they're going to have anything later on and the staff is usually outwardly annoyed that you'd have the audacity to ask. Shame on us for being customers and asking questions.

For the constant lack of selection and inconsistent customer service alone, they're just not worth it.

First time here and will not be my last. Went in to try their croissants and they were great very similar to that which you would get in France. I also ordered a house blend cafe au lait and that was amazing as well. There is a great breakfast menu beyond pastries And from what I can tell a good lunch menu as well.

A really nice, authentic French cafe/bakery. Food is a little pricey but pastries and coffee are so good!

I don't have enough superlatives to describe the quality of the pastries here. Absolutely the best I've ever enjoyed. It is a lovely, welcoming location as well, and efficient, professional wait staff. Looking forward to our next visit.

Cashier couldn't answer 3 different questions about the menu, and forgot part of my order. Twice.

The place is a bit too fancy for my taste, not a good place to lounge or study unless you're an upper middle class white woman in her 40s.

Food is great (even if pricey), coffee is largely Verve, so if you like Verve, it's good. Thought the prices on food were appropriate as the quality was great, soups were a little expensive as portions were small.

An amazing cafe and bakery! I look forward to coming here again!

This place serves very good coffee and offers a unique crepe-centric breakfast menu. Local beers on draft and a selection of wine are available. Our server seemed aloof and mildly irritated by us which lent an air of authenticity to the French-themed cafe.
