Stopped by to grab breakfast while traveling hwy 1. I ended up eating a second breakfast and lunch. Their gluten free options are to die for, their staff a delight. You can tell a lot of love goes thru that kitchen, into the food and into the customers.

We traveled to Trinidad after hiking the Redwoods. So pleasantly surprised by this place! Had soup and a snobby hippy sandwich and a salad and muffin to go (gotta get the good quality stuff when you can). They have no single use containers here, which I love! You can purchase a pint glass or mason jar at a cheap rate if you need to take a drink to go. The staff seemed initially stumped w/my to go salad w/dressing on the side and then came through w/packing it in a bulk goat cheese container and dressing in a pickle container lid...Resourceful, love it! Food was all super fresh and yummy! Staff all happy and nice. Loved seeing the laid back locals stop in. Wish I could hang out longer in Trinidad if the Beachcomber restaurant is any indication of the town vibe :)

The cafe was super cute. The chai I had was good. My husband liked the coffee. We got chocolate magic cake and peach gingerbread cake. They were both great!

This is one of those healthy but dull kind of cafes found all over the shop. Admitidly making healthy food, that tries to take in to account special diets, takes more effort to create an inventive and delicious food. But it's possible and we've eaten it all round the world.
Sadly this place doesn't quite make that cut. Yes the food is healthy, organic, gluten free and vegan friendly. But it's hella bland. And the cakes, delicious looking pearched on the counter sadly taste more like compacted dust with a subtle hint of flavour than what we were hoping for.
If you put ingredients ahead of flavour this place is where you should eat. If you don't, skip it.

Cozy place that cooks with care. The frittata was delicious. The homemade scones were light. They even had a small play area that entertained my two and four year old.

This is a must stop for a great Mexican mocha! The food is awesome too! If you want to take your coffee to go, bring your own mug. Service is super friendly and it's very clean inside and out!

Only got the mocha, but they make their own concoction including the home made whip cream. Damn good

Excellent little cafe! First time and I will say this was a bit different for me. Being from Texas a Bean Bowl and Brekkie breakfast is not a norm for me. BUT this was VERY good! I had the Brekkie. My first try at poached eggs with toast ham. Had some tomatio with it and it was so good! Wife and the bean Bowl with black beans, pico, avacado, cheese , and a green sauce. Those beans were so well cooked! Again very good! Apple juice,of all things, was so fresh and tasty! Great place to start your morning off I do recommend!!

Good, comfy atmosphere, the absolute best fish in town, and a huge tea selection for tea lovers like myself. Will definitely be coming more often for lunch, highly recommend over the lighthouse grill or seascape.
