Beachcomber Cafe

Wonderfully nice people and food/coffee to match. As a visitor they made my wife and I feel like locals! We were in Trinidad for two days and could not miss the opportunity of eating there each day. They have fresh, flavorful, nutritious food; including breakfast and lunch options. Totally incredible place. The carrot cake is UNREAL - Team Matt

Phenomenal costal cafe. Been coming here for 9 years every time I pass through the redwoods. Great food, staff and environment.

As if this place needed any more praise. The coffee is awesome and fresh. The food is sweet, savory, light or filling - which ever you choose to start off your morning. The selection is overwhelming and plentifully delicious. The best part, was they let our Yellow Lab Finn, sit and enjoy the patio greeting other dogs.
Our AirB&B host Tracey mentioned this is the place to go for breakfast in Trinidad, and she was absolutely correct. On our next visit from Corona, we will stop again and enjoy the coffee and the dog-atmosphere on the patio.

Biked 6,000 miles across America and this is one of my favorite coffee shops. What makes it special is they do not allow singular use disposable cups. Don’t worry, they offer mason jars that can be purchased at a cheap rate. The indoor/outdoor seating is also fantastic. It’s a nice place to work or lounge. Family friendly.

Friendly lively staff, great cafe food, live music that you can talk over. Just a vibrant place, glad we found it.

Stayed in Trinidad for one night and dropped by this place on our way out of town. The staff was friendly and funny, a difficult thing at 7:30 in the morning! The food was amazing, we even got a piece of fresh from the oven (heavenly) cake. The cake was some sort of molasses, ginger, berry, chocolate masterpiece topped off with a cream cheese frosting. My wife had the Beloved Bowl & I had the Savory Scone Special; both were excellent. We brought our own coffee mugs and loved the focus on sustainability. This warrants a return visit from us!

Been here a couple of years ago and I was impressed of the quality of food and the fact they insisted I get my own bowl and cup so they could fill them up with goodness!! Great concept!!

Great food and nice atmosphere, on a nice day. Seating is outside, but covered. If you order a coffee drink, get the large....the regular is quite small

Incredibly friendly staff. A family in front of us took absolutely forever ordering and the staff didn’t even bat an eye. They were very kind to my wife and me and all were very respectful of COVID regulations. The restaurant has a small, personal feel and the food is amazing and healthy.

This cafe has great ratings and at first I wasn't sure if they would live up to it mostly because they're the only cafe for miles 😂. But the staff here we're amazingly nice. The espresso was yum if you're a coffee connoisseur! And don't forget to grab a pastry. The blueberry muffin was amazing. I also had to try the almond bread. I believe it's all made in house. Whaaat?! Yum! 😋
