The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf

First time here tonight. Vanilla Chai Tea was yummy. Only 1 table with the comfy chairs. Lucky for us, the couple that was there left, so we got it. I could see me going back.

Stranded with the keys locked in the car the closing crew of two really came through accommodating me as I commenced to spill three drinks on their floor, somehow, in a matter of minutes. So, thank you to the very patient and understanding employees that helped us that very night you guys rock

Under staffed and no drive thru, horrible - I just walked away

No just no. Literally standing for awhile. There was no greeting eye contact, yet they were walking around chatting. 3 walked in front of me with no Acknowledgement. Finally as she's dusting she looks at me as if inconveniencing her, because she was to be off. Took my order. Apparently the Ultimate Mocha was taken off the menu. She did offer me alternatives. This was at around 10 am. I'm all for understanding and patience. But no.

We went a couple of times around the holidays and inventory was low or completely gone. When asking questions and ordering the ladies working weren't overly helpful or friendly. The coffee shop is small, but open and bright; the crowd was a bit older.

They are awesome!!! I seriously love this place they are very friendly and I love there coffee it’s amazing . That holiday season is here and they usually start November they make some yummy holiday drinks , good prices and good customer service . I’d give this place 6 stars or maybe 10!if I could . It’s my favorite coffee place .

Great coffee and wonderful customer service! Got a cookie butter iced latte! Great atmosphere for buisness meetings 10/10 will for sure return!😃

Went here with my friend since she said it was a great place to get coffee. Happy to say I was not let down. The staff are awesome and make great drinks! I've already told my family about this place and hope to come back again :)

Ordered a chai latte and a pumpkin spice latte. Both were horrible, the chai was just milk and water, the pumpkin spice had so much sugar, I couldn’t taste any coffee. Called and complained, the guy on the phone argued with my wife, saying that there couldn’t be anything wrong with the drinks, because “he” made them.

This is the best coffee shop in the area, bar none. They always remember my usual drink order and are very knowledgeable about the teas - where they come from, how they're made, and they make appropriate recommendations. My wife just started drinking hot tea in the afternoons and the recommended Tropical Passion and Strawberry Cream are orgasmic (her words, not mine). But the main selling point for this particular store is the barista crew and the manager. They're terrific, professional, friendly ... just all-around a super team!
