The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf

My first one star review-ever. I normally don’t give reviews like this, but to travel as far as we did to come to this place and have this experience was terrible. I should’ve read the reviews first about the customer service, as a previous reviewer who said that the customer service was horrible was 100% correct. The girl who took our order did not smile one time and looked annoyed that we were there ordering. The place is absolutely filthy inside and on the exterior. I understand the shortage of staff could lend to the garbage all over the place, but there is no excuse for the lack of customer service. Note to management: please, please, please train your staff- customer experience is vital.

I have always had great service at this location but for the 2nd time I have driven all the way across town to get my fave drink and even though it’s within business hours and there are employees inside, they are “closed” 20 minutes before they are supposed to be closed. Huge inconvenience and lack of consideration for loyal customers. Maybe add a note to the hours that the last call is 30 minutes before closing.

Good Coffee Flavors, tasty tea and good Service overall. Could use a little cleaning
and seems they where fixing something in the ceiling as they had a latter in the middle of the barista work area. Bathrooms could also use cleaning, and it had a punch in code that was not working right and didn’t seem to be regularly disinfected.

Very busy morning. Took a bit longer than it probably does, but there were only 2 workers. Good coffee.

i’ve been coming here for years and I’ve noticed the last year and a half for customer service has been very poor. Was there today and was insulted by the young girl working there. Memo to the general manager teacher employees a little bit better customer service please. Thank you.

Good coffee, bad customer service. One guy rude when we first walked in and rude when we walked out. Didn’t get a greeting when we came in and told us to close the door that was left open before us, rudely. We told them to have a good night either way and no response. Usually don’t care but it’s very stuck up an bad vibes.

My favorite place to have a coffee ☕️! Staff are friendly and they tried to remember your name if you are a regular client.

The barrister were fine and the coffee was good, but I kept seeing the dirty floor and tables.

I’ve been in Temecula for quite a few years and have been coming to this Coffee Bean forever. I can’t say Ive ever had a bad experience with friendliest staff, and the best coffee, a great atmosphere even through a pandemic. With everything that’s going on lately, It’s the little things that make these times easier. Thank you Temecula Coffee Bean. 💙

I have to say I have never met a more rude, snobby, and cruel barista in my life. Abby was my cashier and between her cruel remarks AND handing me my food upside down so it would drop I can’t believe someone would hire her. Absolutely disgusted by her behavior.
