Cafe Dolce

Everything Sam serves is amazing-the coffee is excellent (have anything with espresso), the baklava is made there and delicious. His breakfast sandwiches are also delicious. I see a lot of reviews about the owner being rude; if Sam was in NYC, he would be famous. He’s hilarious and contrary to any contrary posts, he’s a very nice guy and works hard to make good food and drinks.

We visited here at the recommendation of another local business owner, and came back the next day for seconds of the coffee and pastry. A very pleasant independent coffee shop with really good coffee, also authentic Turkish coffee, and freshly baked baklava. The owner and the pastry chef are helpful and friendly. I wish there was a place like this in my own neighborhood in Portland.

Ordered the ham sandwich and the bacon burrito and they were both amazing. Eggs cooked perfectly! To go we got a Mexican Cacao Latte and Hazelnut Latte that were so tasty. Two thumbs up!

Had the Turkish Coffee for the first time in my life, it was good & strong but enjoy it!!
Had a great talk about coffee w/ the owner, hope to return in the future.

Had a hard time finding a great coffee shop with pastries in Solvang. That had great selection, lovely service, nice outdoor atmosphere. Turkish coffee too, need I say more, great culture here.

Amazing coffee shop with great breakfast, sandwiches, paninis, ice cream, etc. NEW updated and expanded menu. The best cup of joe in Solvang and truly the best pour over coffee I've ever had. Don't need any milk; amazing as is. Great service and an extensive menu. From lattes to cold brews, smoothies to burritos, this place is a must anytime of day. Sam and Lara really know what they are doing and are always very nice and helpful. Try their breakfast toasts!

Nice little cafe, with excellent healthy breakfast options. Had a Granola bowl, a protein smoothie and chocolate shake, and all were well made, with good organic local ingredients. It was nice to have something healthy and fresh, as opposed to the usual potatoes, eggs and bacon everywhere else!
Staff and owner are pretty good, and you can see the care they put in, into every bowl. Good stuff!

Inside there's a sign inside that say's: if you like us talk about us. If you don't, talk to us. We were over charged for our beverages, we asked as to why. We were told the prices were old. The prices are on a huge chalkboard.... In chalk!!!! No offer to fix it, just a victim of Old pricing. Watch your cashier.

I was in Solvang for 6 days and came here every morning for the BEST coffee EVER. 35 grams caffeine per cup, tastes fantastic…baklava, amazing assortment of fresh squeezed juices, smoothies, boba teas, breakfasts, lunches. This place has a really cool, special vibe. The BEST thing happening in Solvang!

Be careful when ordering. The price may go up when you aren't paying attention. The sign outside advertised that the turkey brie sandwich is 13.99. Inside on the menu it is advertised for 14.99, they tried charging me 15.99. I called him out on this and the price was corrected. This happened yesterday on 2/12/2023.
