Nice small cafe serving a variety of snacks & desserts and coffee. Quick service. Tasty stuff. Sitting is both inside and along the pavement where you watch the world go by. #bigbasincafe #saratogacafe #snacksandcoffee #onbigbasinway

I would happily score them with a negative rating. This is a counter service establishment. Took our order which was four sandwiches. Thirty minutes later: nothing happening. These are simple turkey sandwiches and such. Finally we learned that they missed our order. Eventually got them. Not even a “sorry folks”. They must feel pretty entitled. Skip it.

Cool place to meet with friends. I like how they rotate the taps frequently. I'm not a huge burger guy. Salads are excellent. My fav is nicoise salmon salad

Quite possibly the worst BLT I have ever paid for. Thank God it was only $12. Seriously the microwaved bacon was inedible. The tomatoes were mushy. It makes me sad when the lettuce was the best part.

Great salads, service, and coffee. I appreciate that they serve coffee in mugs and not paper cups. Overall, great experience and will visit again soon

Very nice cozy setting, also some tables outside, wide selection of baked goods. Pies are overwhelmingly sweet, though. But vegetarian quiches are good. We liked their lemon honey tea. Tried cappuccino and latte, both tasted very bitter. But we'll definitely come back for tea.

Nice little place, great location, nice patio, like the fact that they have some vegan options ( mostly pies ,avocado toast, bagels,etc)....took a star off for the bathroom and the waiting time for a simple avocado toast to arrive. Other than that, cool place to chill or study...ohh.. great wifi!

Came here a little over a year ago. Service was extremely slow, and the food was average at best. However, the reason this place deserves 1-star is because I was harassed by an older white gentleman who was agitated that I (an Asian American) had chosen to sit nearby. I was extremely uncomfortable but stuck around because I was meeting with a friend. The staff was too overwhelmed with orders to even pay attention, and the other customers didn't seem to care. I vowed never to come back, and would not recommend others to come here. There are other cafes that are more welcoming and safer for minorities.

Sandwiches are good but very pricey. It comes with boring tortilla chips to make an attempt as a side but no salsa is included. Who eats plane tortilla chips? The hybrid marsala tea was very good.

Great little corner coffee place with a good list of breakfast pastries and lunch sandwiches. Their coffee is great! Seating space is small and quaint. There is outdoor seating too. When it gets crowded, it'll be a bit of a wait for your food/coffee. They mess up changes to your coffee too so be sure to double check. GF can't drink dairy but was made a regular latte. Luckily we double checked. Still a good place to get some good coffee.
