Lokum is absolutely delightful. I have been wanting to come in for a while. They exceeded my expectations. It’s decorated beautifully!! The customer service was excellent! Beeya was so helpful and knowledgeable about everything on the menu. My friends and I practically tried everything we could. We liked the Turkish delight so much we bought 3 boxes. My favorite coffees were the pistachio and the ottoman. I can’t wait to go back.

Surprising find in downtown SLO. Staff is very friendly and the place is dog friendly. Wide selection of baklavas and turkish delights. They're also open pretty late.

If you want to get a real Turkish experience for Tea, coffee and Baklava! You must come here. The place is beautiful inside and everything is imported from
Turkey. Truly an amazing experience and the owner is wonderful! We will be back soon!
çok teşekkür ederim🙏🏼

I love the atmosphere! Lokum was delicious. I am not a big fan of Turkish coffee, so I tried Fıstıklı Dibek Coffee and it was super yummy! Now, I hope they would open another Lokum store in Vegas!

Very pretty shop with nice sets and delicious Turkish delights but tried the Turkish coffee which was $10 for an 8oz cup. I was shocked at how bitter it tasted. Not sure if this is the norm with this style but it was bitter to the point of tasting stale and almost undrinkable for

I manage luxury vacation rentals and recommend our guests to visit Lokum during their stay. I am a walking billboard for Lokum and constantly rave about the treats, atmosphere. I have been known to enjoy a box of treats to myself (hazelnut cream is my favorite). However, I wanted to rave about the customer service I received from the gentleman who answered the phone and packaged up two personalized boxes Christmas boxes and shipped them to my two clients. He even hand wrote a note on a sweet card and placed it inside the package. I am blown away with how he went above and beyond. I am forever a customer. PS: my clients LOVED it, one said it was their favorite Christmas treat

An absolutely gorgeous store. The fit, finish and attention to detail are remarkable. The baklava is very tasty. Why two stars? The other confections are very pricy - the box pictured below was $60 and the coffee was bitter and left a bitter taste in our mouth long after our visit. The confections were tough and chewy, and although each had a distinctive flavor, none of the 9 we tried were good enough to try again. We didn’t know what to expect as this was our first time tasting Turkish delights, so we’re probably not the best judge on what they should taste like however, the staff did little to assist us with routine questions, they were difficult to understand, and aloof. All of which were detractors.

The staff were so polite and sweet, and the cafe itself was beautiful and gorgeous. I ordered the Pomegranate Tea and Walnut birds nest Baklava. I would definitely recommend coming here!
