Wonderful cafe. Very well decorated and things are displayed well and neatly. Fantastic Turkish coffee. Delights are also good but they have a specific taste that you need to get used to. They are not ridiculously sweet. Place is very pricey though ($10 for a slice of Baklava), but good quality stuff! I would recommend the front staff to be more engaging about the different delights. They are too quiet and don’t seem to be liking conversation? At least explain the candy and it’s ingredients/making to interest customers….

Will be back again for sure!!

Best baklava I’ve ever had. All of the Turkish delight and other sweets beer very good as well. They’re generous with samples so you can take your time picking out your favorites. A small box costs about $35, but you can just select small pieces of each sweet if you wish. We also got the ottoman coffee which was good - but a unique taste (very earthy). Just a fun enjoyable experience for an out of the ordinary treat. We love coming here when we visit slo!

Really friendly staff! Helpful and knowledgeable, making it easy to order from the crazy selection here!

Everything was incredible, and I found myself coming here multiple times in a day for a quick pick me up!

Prices for a piece of Turkish delight tend to be about $3-4. Each slice is roughly a tenth of a pound. Everything here is so good it's hard to recommend something specific!

Beautiful store. You can’t miss it from the street. So many varieties of Turkish delights! Free sampling!!! Coffee is a bit too strong for me though. But it’s definitely one of a kind. I ended up bought two boxes Turkish delights for myself and friends. Highly recommended if you like light-sweet desert. I’m so hooked now!

Super cute place with lots of tasty treats! We didn't end up trying or getting any of the baclava, but we did buy some Turkish delight, which we're still munching on! It's sold by the pound, and each small box fits about a pound

The staff was super helpful when we went and gave us samples as well :) The girl who helped us (unfortunately didn't catch her name) helped us fit almost every single flavor into one of the boxes, and made sure to go from most -> least popular / interesting flavors. I definitely appreciated the effort since she bounced around quite a bit doing it in that order instead of left -> right!

This store is so cute and beautiful! They serve delicious Turkish sweets and coffee. They're very friendly and let you try free samples of Turkish delight before you buy them.

Absolutely delicious. My husband got the hazelnut Turkish coffee and I got the traditional Turkish tea. Both blended in their unique ways with the Turkish delights. Each is absolutely delicious. I would definitely suggest the pair of the saffron pomegranate Turkish delight with either coffee or tea. With the tea it heightens the aroma and the taste blends beautifully.

Lokum is an authentic Turkish Delight/coffee store in downtown San Louis Obispo. They stock Turkish Delight ranging from the standard boxed fare to truly gourmet Delight that is amazing. Can buy by the piece or pound. The atmosphere is greatly enhanced by the authentic Turkish furnishings. Coffee to drink on site or beans/grind to go available as well as other Turkish products. Definitely worth a visit to purchase some of their excellent Delight/coffees.

HIGHLY enjoyed my stop here. The beautiful Turkish chandeliers caught my eye and decided to see what was inside. To my delight they had a marvelous selection of baklava and Turkish delight. I was ecstatic to find they had apple tea! For a brief moment in time I was transported back to Turkey and felt like I was wandering the grand bazar. 110% satisfied customer!
