Food portions were large, daughter ate her salad (very rare lol). It was a bit loud inside? Had a hard time hearing my husband and my daughter. But as I am on a vegan diet because of my doctor and it is mandatory for me? It was nice to not feel anxiety reading the menu ❤❤

My wife and I got the coconut curry and teryaki pineapple, both of which were so-so. The curry in particular was bland. The teryaki pineapple had too much going on and may have tasted better with fewer ingredients done well. However, the restaurant was clean, the staff were friendly, and the shake we got on our way out was pretty good.

Food was good, but they were completely slammed. They apologized that food was taking more than a half hour to get out. We opted for the hot bar. It was good but I wanted a sandwich. Servers were new and inexperienced. All-in-all, a challenging day at this restaurant. I'll have to come back the next time I am in SLO.

I love this place! We stop here on all of our road trips. The food is delicious. The textures the spices you name it they own it! Thanks for providing such a great dining experience for us on our travels from Malibu up North!

Ginger broccoli tofu dish quite good; very ample amount. Wasn't that flavorful but came with dressing that made it quite good. Fresh ginger added a nice kick and lots of veggies mixed together over a hotbed of yellow rice.

Stopped by while in slo last Sunday. Had read rave reviews and was eager to share this experience with my sister's. Unfortunately as I approached the counter I was in formed that they were not taking hot food orders??? Further more in 15 min they would take orders but it would still be over an hour wait after that. Don't want to put down this place but I'm at a loss as to how you can have a service oriented bussiness and not provide. Don't know if I'll be back be fore warned maybe they will serve hot food when you go.

Bliss Cafe should really be "Pure Bliss Cafe" because that's how you'll feel sitting outdoors in their communal patio overlooking a riverbed, town square with tasteful live music and nature afoot.
We got the curried tofu scramble breakfast burrito and my god, it was the best breakfast burrito I have ever had in my life - and I have had a lot a lot of experience in this area! My hips don't lie, nor do my thighs, mah bellah, nor my appetite.
Make no mistake, this place will increase your karma, health points (HP for gamers) and not make a large dent in your wallet. A true shining gem among a nest of other gems, the communal shopping area is a great stroll for wonderful gifts for yourself or others. Make a day of it and enjoy a blissful life!

The Bliss cafe is hidden. Hidden in the back of a mall . Hidden by a creek with a view of the Mission San Luis Obispo. It is definitely worth finding. The happy, engaging, friendly staff is ready to create vegetarian and vegan productions that are top quality, tasty and satisfying. I had the Bhakti Bowl. Tasty, filling and gave me exactly the lunch I wanted. She had the Veggie Protein Sandwich and it was piled high for sure with all the goodies one could ask for. If you are of the vegetarian, vegan, or gluten free persuasion, you will find Bliss Cafe to be your new go to spot in the heart of San Luis Obispo

I adore Bliss Cafe, from their delicious, nutritious and creative menu to the peaceful and beautiful setting outside, beside San Luis Obispo Creek and across from the Mission.
We are so lucky to have such a wonderful vegan restaurant in San Luis Obispo. Thank you, thank you.
