One of our favorite places to come in Downtown SLO hands down. I'm vegetarian and my wife is not so finding eateries that sufficiently satisfy both of us can be challenging but Bliss just nails it. Their shakes are tasty and creative. Juices are fresh and yummy and the food is packed with flavor. We come here just about every time we come to town and are consistently impressed. YuMmM!!

One of the best vegan cafes on the West coast, this place always delivers the goods. Their bowls are incredibly tasty and the ingredients are always fresh. A few menu items, like the shakes, are a little overpriced but the ambiance and creative spin on bhudda bowls makes up for the money you're dropping - WiFi is fast and the staff is nice, this is also a decent place to study, work, or grab a game of chess.

The place is a true vegan-vegetarian safe space! The food was absolutely delicious! Highly recommended if you're passing by San Luis Obispo.

Came from Orange County to SLO for the first time. Found Bliss cafe and decided to try it for breakfast. The cashier and waiter are very friendly and polite. I decided to try the all day breakfast burrito and it was absolutely DELICIOUS! The rest of my party were 5 and they loved the food also. Definately coming back to Bliss without a doubt.

The best vegan restaurant in SLO, and probably my favourite restaraunt, period. They do both restaraunt style orders and have a pay-by-weight buffet style thing. They've also got all kinds of fancy vegan chocolate and kombucha if that's your thing. I've never had something here that wasn't good

Whenever I'm in SLO I always stop into Bliss Cafe and I'm never disappointed. The staff are really friendly, and back patio is really nice, and the food is well-priced and delicious. The Reuben with grilled tempeh is a personal favourite, but the Protein Buddha bowl is also pretty great.

Went here for a light lunch with 4 total people. Ordered an item for 3.50 and got two extras totaling 1.50 plus a drink for 2.50. The total came out to 11.85! I told the cashier/5th proprietor (he told us) that the math was off and it wasn’t a problem. He cut me off dismissively stating the menus were outdated and he had no longer Robles giving me the difference. He hands me .50 cents. When it should have been 4 dollars. So we All ordered and my food didn’t come out until the end (bagel with avocado and jam ) it was untoasted. We also had a salad that was totally uninspired.

I'm so happy that Bliss moved into the Network. It's such a wonderful experience sitting outside on the patio overlooking the creek. The service is always so kind and interested in their customers, the food is fantastic and now the ambiance is so inviting with the outdoor seating. Thank you!

It was ok, a bit expensive IMO but the terrace it's nice and they are full vegan

I was not a fan of Bliss. The staff was friendly and seemed to care about their job, but the food just left something to be desired. I ordered the Smiling Dogs and was disappointed, the bun was delicious (and the vegetables were crisp and fresh). But the seitan really needs work (too airy, poor flavoring), as well it was cut way to small for the bun and I felt like I was being ripped off for the price because of how small the "meat" was sitting in the bun.
I also got the soup of the day, a lentil variety, and it was gross. Way too many lentils, very little broth, no other visible vegetables, and really should've been called a stew. On top of that it was very grainy, and was flavored poorly; I felt like I was eating sand flavored by dirt. As well the bowl was filled poorly (it was pouring over the lip of the bowl), and was supposed to be a cup of soup not a bowl.
My partner got the Tempeh Rueben, which she liked (mostly because of the bread), and felt the same about the soup (which she also got). Neither of us ate more than a few bites of the soup, it was just so unpalatable.
As well I was not a fan of the atmosphere and was especially confused by the Disney chess set in a very Hindu-themed place. It seemed very out of place. It also smelled like patchouli, which may have been other guests or the store itself; patchouli is a smell that I really do not like.
I was going to give this two-stars, but decided on three because the bread was delicious, the staff were very friendly, and with some texture and flavor work the food could be truly great.
