Portside Coffee & Gelato

Cute little nook along the harbor walkway. I happened across it one late morning and enjoyed a mocha and gelato treat. Very nice, and much better quality than I would have guessed from a takeout window! Followed a sign claiming there was public access seating upstairs, only to find more restaurant seating on the balcony. They gave me a table to use and even brought me water, which was nice and unexpected.

Woww such a legendary coffee house at waterfront! The area is already great to go for a walk, sitting area inside the beautifully architected sphere is amazing!

Alright, most importantly, the coconut icecream here is probably one of the bests! Combine it with a cappucino, if you like coffee.

People are also great! You can ask for a stamp card if you are a regular visitor!

Cute little coffee shop right off the harbor. Breath taking views and scenery. Near USS Midway and other harbor places. It appears they serve drinks, coffee, some baked goods, and acai. We had coffee and some acai. It was delicious, the service was quick and super kind. It appears their was a dine in restaurant connected to it overlooking the harbor ocean top. Drinks and restaurant were not open yet when we got there although it was 10 or 11amish already.

Small coffee shop but a good variety of coffee drinks. The drinks are good enough, and the prices are comparable to most. The location is fantastic located at Portside Pier right on the water.

After a long walk, finally found the place to have breakfast. Definitely an awesome location. Got the vanilla bean coffee, breakfast sandwich, croissant and sausage. Overall really liked the concept of ordering first and picking the seat with the view.

Don’t tip until you receive and inspect your order! I asked for a Lox Lover Bagel toasted with less cream cheese. I got a untoasted bagel with no cream cheese. I was given cream cheese on the side. Sure I can do it myself. But that’s what the money is for.

The everything bagels had no flavor whatsoever. I bet they came out of a bag o’ bagels with an expiration date sometime in late August.

Bottom line: don’t order anything more complex than a coffee. Don’t tip when ordering.

Great little place to grab a coffee and breakfast bite. Coffee is always made to order and hot, the pastries are nice too. Bonus is it is right on the harbour so great view. Price is also reasonable for what you get.

Very good coffee, and fantastic location and view

Cute little place on Shelter Island serving Cafe Moto coffee / espresso drinks, a few menu items (muffins, bowls, sandwiches) and gelato. Great place to pick up a snack while walking or hanging out by the water.

Really good gelato! We tried several flavors and loved All of them. Really fun spot. Perfect to stop at after riding the scooters around and need to cool off! You can then sit and watch the sail boats!
