HOB Coffee on Park

Hmmm the coffee (vanilla lavendar) was delicious! The food I got was a little lackluster. I got the hashbrown avocado and egg dish... it was a little underflavored and could have used more salt, and something with crunch for better texture. I added sriracha for some tang and heat and it was ok. I expected a bit more flavor... maybe would have been better with feta cheese and walnuts for zest and crunch? Overall the coffee was impressive and the food wasn't bad per se, just not great.

The staff was awesome with recommendations, coffee and crepes were amazing! Highly recommend.

Almond latte was foamed to the right level of milk density, and wasn't watery. The breakfast dish I ordered left a lot to be desired: the egg, avocado, sriracha and cream cheese crepe. The combination of flavours (in particular, the hot sauce) just didn't work. The hot sauce is so overpowering you can't taste anything else. The avocado isn't blended within the crepe, but rather a tiny portion on the side. The egg is baked and hard (I think a runny yolk would work better, and add more flavour). Thumbs down for this dish, thumbs up for the coffee.

Amazing staff, espresso on point, food is incredible, and the merch is legit must have. I love the patio seating and partial indoor seating. A must visit the next time I come out to Hillcrest.

Found this place while vacationing this past week, and what a Gem. Place was large with ample seating. There is a removable wall in the middle of the floor, which was open and invited fresh air while eating. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly. Coffee was delicious, and I tried the Kings coffee as well as one infused with lavender, which I typically don't like, but rather enjoyed. Food was also very fresh and delicious. No parking lot, but street parking was easily found.

Wanted to just go somewhere so my daughter's and I could have pleasant moment to chat laugh and wind down. We loved it! The hipster music, tea and usb outlets were all they needed. Had the goat cheese salad. Awesomeness! Prices extra awesome!!Sometimes you have to show them calming experiences to unwind at. This will be my runaway whoosaa shake it off spot.

This beautifully set up establishment, run by very polite and knowledgeable young individuals, is paired with Ubereats to better serve the local community of online eaters.
