Peet's Coffee & Tea

They don’t allow payment through the app or gift cards; the same gift cards they sell just 20 feet away from the kiosk. There goes $50 straight down the drain. It’s too bad, my mom was so hyped to get it for Mothers Day, but ig I’ll just order a Starbucks card for her now; at least they take those.

I love Pete's coffee but I have a problem with this one:
* they don't do pour overs (big no, no in my book as that is my favorite way to drink coffee)
* they couldn't make a couple of caramel machiato's. Simple drink yet they had two chances and they both tasted horibly.
* Even my simple late was subpar. And it's nothing but coffee and milk...

Maybe my problems stem from this coffee shop being inside BelAir. The pkace is nice and has good seating area they just can't make good coffee.

I'll go out of my way tmand go to a stand alone Pete's coffee shop then one inside a store as this was my second bad experience.

It's Peet's. Staff is pretty nice here. They need to get more support from corporate to pay people more and hire more, but that's not the location's fault.

Peet's coffee is so much better than Starbucks.
