Klatch Coffee Rancho

My favorite coffee house ever. I don't even want to drink coffee anywhere else, I will have tea if I can't have Klatch. The prices are reasonable and their free reward program is top notch. If you are near here, don't hesitate to stop in. They also have an outpost in Korea and it is literally the only reason I would consider going to Korea, just for Klatch!!!!

Update: crowd seems to have settled into a better groove! There's new people too who have done MUCH better. Before, everyone behind the bar moved painfully slow as if they can't cooperate as a team! The attitude of some employees seems like they have favorites. Klatch used to have friendly AND knowledgeable customer service. Now? Here...? Not so much. Except for Juan, he's genuine and generous when it comes to making your experience enjoyable.

Great cafe in the i.e. I guess they are based in la but all their locations are in the inland empire. Wish it was even larger! Food is worth a try, coffee is excellent, staff is also excellent, a cut above the typical starbucks worker types.

First time here. Heard good things about this place. What i heard didn't come close to how good the customer service, coffee/drinks and food options are.

Ashley G. - the cashier, she was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Let her know it was my first and she was very patient and answered all my questions thoroughly. Funny too.

Sarah S. - the store Manager, is another example of great customer service. She went above and beyond to help me pick out a coffee and to help set me up with the rewards program. Even, taking the time to refund my purchase, so that i could get the points on the app. Impressed.

Golden Latte- tumeric, honey, cinnamon, Cayenne, oat milk. Perfect blend of ingredients and temperature. Next time i may ask for extra honey, but that's a personal preference, not a problem with the drink.

Capp on Tap- cold Brew, milk, nitrous- this was different. Coffee was of good quality and taste. The milk was a tad over powering off the taste of the coffee. Its was just ok for me. I'll try something new next time.

Espresso brownies -haven't tried yet, but will update when i do.

Overall, because of the coffee quality, customer service and options, I recommended this place.
Must try.

Excellent place. One of Ranchos local pride that send great coffee beans all over the world. The manager at this location is amazing. Thank you Sarah for kicking butt. Love this place.

I have lived in Rancho Cucamonga for around 25 years now. Although I haven't been an avid coffee drinker in that time, I have seen Klatch grow to what it is today. They take so much pride and put so much care into what they do, their experience counts. I got their nitro seasonal cold brew today. One of the best cups of coffee I have ever drank. Your muffins are always on point as well! Keep up the good work 💪.

The drinks are always on point. However, their floor space is a bit cramped. Can't bother to stay here longer than the duration it takes to make my drink.

They do have outside seating, but in the summer heat it's not ideal.

A quick stop for sure.

Love everything about this place. My first drink came off to be a little too strong for my taste and a young female employee with curly hair and glasses replaced my drink and made sure my second drink was exactly how I want it. I highly recommend this place!

Great pour over coffee, love the beans offered and the roasting yields a smooth full of flavor result. Baked goods are yummy. Nice Comfy set up and great Internet access.

Excellent! This company roasts their own coffee locally and has a variety of ways to serve it to you! I had their blended coffee with vanilla and it was great! Iwould definitely reccomend it to everyone.
