Great smoothies and wraps at the Bean! Food takes a bit longer than drinks because it is a small café but it is well worth the wait!

This place has some great coffee and even better breakfast burritos. If you like sweet, check out their Vanilla Bean coffee, delicious.

Ordered two breakfast burritos. Bacon and sausage. Got two microwaved concoctions that smelled liked tomato soup. It was literally all sour cream and tomatoes. Instead of both meats we got one with 1 strip of bacon and the other with maybe sausage. Couldn't tell with all the sour cream and tomatoes. This is supposedly a "local favorite". Went over to San Luis Obisbo and got a real burrito from a great family owned place for half the price.

Open at 6! We all had something different for breakfast and all the food was great--fresh, tasty and no complaints at all. The coffee was excellent! They have wifi and the waitstaff is friendly!

Great coastal Cali independent coffee shop/breakfast or lunch while kicking back and reading the paper. If you want "fast food corporate style coffee" this place isn't for you. Handmade coffee and teas, smoothies, beach burritos, homemade waffles, oatmeal and simple sandwiches may take a bit longer than at Starbucks/Peets/Panera etc, but it is worth it. A stop for me every time I'm coming thru on the 101. It is the way coffee shops should be and if I lived here, well I'd be here every day.

Love my Steaming Bean but today not so much. New Owners please train new baristas when customer buys hot tea she needs to fill the cup with the hot water and then put the lid on the cup tightly. Signed, One Burned Customer

Everytime I visit this location the girls are always busy. They don't smile. They don't greet you or anything. It's my friends favorite place that's the only reason I go there. When I take it to go, they don't even call it out she just left it at the hand off bar.
