Kona Mocha was delicious! It was coffee Kona blend. The ambience is super calm. Very nice place to read on the patio and have a cup of coffee! Chill vibe. Need more pastries.

This review is to contradict the misguided person who gave this place a bad review. This is what you are going to find at the Steaming Bean Coffee: wonderful customer service, great coffee, yummy bagels and welcoming atmosphere. I am a little bit difficult when it comes to ordering coffee, and she was more than accommodating. Would love to return in the future.

Myself and my sister were visiting a family member in California. She dropped us off, as she knows we enjoy walking the beach areas. Before starting our little beach trek, we stopped at the Steaming Bean. We both ordered mocha's, and I ordered a breakfast pastry. We were both thoroughly satisfied. I would recommend this joint to others visiting the Shell Beach area.

the lavender latte here wasn’t good at all. the syrup tasted too artificial and took away from the coffee flavor. i make better lavender lattes at home.

The best coffee ever! I am from the Midwest and I wish I could get this coffee out by me every single day! The coffee they serve is locally grown. Only negative I have is you could be waiting a while to order or get food but still totally worth going to.
