Spearhead Coffee

This is a cozy little coffee shop with polite and inviting staff. They offer pour overs, which is what attracted me to this place. The Ethiopia pour over was not as robust as I had hoped, but there were other options. My sons loved their chocolate chip cookies it seems to have a lot of foot traffic on Saturday mornings.

High quality, expertly roasted, single origin coffees. As a former barista at an award winning roasting company, I give this place an A++. I bought a bag of their medium roast Brazilian Natural-Processed espresso bean for my home machine, and I’ll definitely be ordering more online.

I had a double shot of espresso, there were only two flavors present: acid and vomit. I lament how lazy and terrible coffee shops have become. With everyone ordering half a pound of sugar and cream with their coffee, it becomes easy to hid terrible espresso.

Minimal decor draws out peacefulness and serenity. If you're looking for a place to chat or time out from our connected world consider - Spearhead Coffee. Service worthy of five stars and staff was stellar friendly. Highly recommend.

Loved the coffee. I'm stuck on decaf right now because I'm pregnant. They sell decaf beans that are are Swiss water decaffeinated, and they tasted like I had a regular latte ❤️

This place is such a gem to have in Paso! The staff is never short of kind and welcoming, the baked goods are on point, and I probably just drank the best cappuccino I've ever had. Looking forward to many mornings and afternoons here!

Coffee was good, pastries and quiche were great. Friendly staff.

The coffee is excellent. There is always a line. They do have almond and oak milk. I had the vanilla latte. Excellent.

The lattes are very good and the barista are friendly and informative. Service was excellent. The baked goods were okay.

Had the opportunity to drop by spearhead coffee and grab a Americano. Pretty good in my honest opinion. It's pretty easy to ruin an americano. The spot seems wholesome and original. Kudos to spearhead for doing coffee right! I will definitely drop by for some coffee next time I'm in town!
