The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf

ohhh yeahhh.. great coffee too bad they change their pastries. The pastries before like coconut cake was better. It feels like is going the same direction loke Starbucks in the pastry choices.

Drinks were good. Staff in lobby not professional. One of the workers squeezed between myself and my daughter, which was paying at the time, so he could clean the card reader. I am happy they keep things clean ,but at least say excuse me.

Then whie I picked up my drinks another worker decided to squeeze between me and the wall, again no excuse me. Funny thing she ran into the wall.

What happened to manners and good Customer Service?! Refresher Training might be good.

I was badly burned by a way-too-hot latte on 4/19.
When I reached to pick the cup up, the top came off and splashed on my hand. It burned so badly, I screamed. The girl at the counter looked at me and said “oh, did the top come off? They do that sometimes.” My boyfriend had to ask for some ice. She handed me a scoop of ice in a paper towel and walked away. No apology, no concern. I was hurting so much that I was shaking.
When I looked at the lid, it was warped from being too hot.
I reached out to both the store & support and was told I would receive a follow up. It has now been weeks and I have not been contacted- not even to say that they will train employees on this sort of situation. The drink should have never been that hot to begin with! That is such a safety violation and can potentially majorly harm someone. The employees attitudes towards a situation like this were disheartening.
I will update this review if I hear back or take further action.

The store is nice and so are the workers. Quick and sweet people. I was in and out in a few minutes. Good dirty chai latte and I love their containers of tea packets. The packaging is good and the teas are of good quality.

If you want to feel like an idiot ordering what is on their menu, come here. If you want to get your order messed up, come here. If you want to feel disappointed with customer service, you’re at the right location.

Ordered the pumpkin cream cold brew, it's AMAZING!!! I love it! Would recommend 10/10

Perfect drink for this summer time.. but I recommend the midnight mocha cookies and cream.. so yummy

I thought it'd be fun to try out a new (to me) coffee store but the whip cream lacks any real flavor.
I also got a tea it has a strong flavor so that's great. It leaves a strong fizzy flavor in my tongue which I enjoyed.
I got a mocha latte and all I can say about that is that it's just there. It doesn't make you want to grab another sip. It's really not great I drank half of it and put the other half where it belongs.
The service was bland and nothing remarkable either it was okay.
Honestly 2 stars is a lot I'd compare this to McDonald's quality coffee every water down and won't wake you up.

I went to Coffee bean for the first time over the weekend. The girls were very cheerful and provided the best service. I did not know what to order, they really took the time to suggest different options. I was not rushed, as I am use to being at Starbucks.
The drink turned out to be perfection!
Only negative- I should have ordered a large 😆

Love this place! I wish I didnt have to go to Palmdale for one since its so much better than Starbucks.
