Can get very busy, but has books for toddlers. Just remember to ask for the $1 kiddie cone as it's not on the menu. Ice cream is good, but the manager would do well to have at least two people scooping on the weekends right after dinner... Also, if a parent is obviously ordering for a toddler, perhaps say something about the kiddie cone option before they make their order.

Yummy yummy in my tummy...! 😋
Best selection of ice cream in town. Some dairy free options as well.
Sample as many flavors as you wish before deciding 😉 you'll most definitely enjoy it.

Treats has some of the most delicious ice cream I've ever tasted. You'll see flavors there you've never seen anywhere before like basil and Jasmine. Their mint chip is made with real spearmint leaves and no food coloring. We go here every time we visit Nevada City in the summer.

Pros: Ice cream is delicious. I like how they have Vegan and Gluten free options. Cons: I do not think the waffle cones are made fresh. All three people in my group got waffle cones and they tasted stale. The staff for the day hid in the back when no new customers were around and gossiped while on thier phones.

Lovely little place for a treat. They use Strauss ice cream, and made in-store waffle cones / bowls. Many flavors - regular, vegan, and sorbets. The toddler cone is super cute, and the perfect amount of treat for the littlest ones. There are a few very small tables that can seat about 8 people, perhaps across 3 parties, total. The shop was constantly busy while we were there, but the wait never seem to be very long.
If you mention you have nut allergy, they are very careful with explaining how the safest bet is their unopened ice creams in the back since those have not been touched by shared ice cream scoopers (which are all cleaned in the same tub). That shows care, and knowledge on the staff and it is so appreciated!

Drove all the way from Auburn for the vegan ice cream. Ordered the large size but was given the super small because the ice cream was hard to scoop and the attendant was getting tired.
Not the best service, disappointed, and have decided to never visit again.
They can really learn from Little Man's Ice Cream in Denver, CO.
I would recommend just buying Vixen Kitchen paleo/vegan ice cream rather than selecting this establishment.

Always amazingly fresh icecream with innovative and delicious flavors! I try a new flavor each time I come. So far have loved the saffron pistachio rose and jasmine flavors. Staff are always so friendly and pleasant. A true treat :)

I am completely obsessed with this place. Lots of exotic flavors like jasmine, violet and rose petal, delicious choices like raspberry chip and classics like honey vanilla and bittersweet chocolate. I had a sundae and it made me feel like a kid again!

Quaint and yummy ice cream parlor in a historic setting. Some fun and innovative flavors on the menu, even a selection of Vegan flavors. I recommend the Snickerdoodle, and don't forget to take a picture in the "photo booth". Well worth a stop here.
