The Best Ice cream I have ever tasted. Offers sugar free flavors and vegan options.

I’m lactose intolerant so I’m usually left ice cream-less or with fruity sorbets; however, Treats makes their own homemade vegan ice cream with a coconut milk base and it’s delicious! Flavors range from chocolate mousse, to chai, peanut butter and more seasonal varieties (like peppermint in winter). The staff are always super friendly. Feel so lucky to have such a quality ice cream shop in our little town.

The most delicious ice cream with creative and fun flavors to choose from.

Ice cream was good. Personnel were patient with my kids making a decision. Prices were good. The flavors are a little crazy when you have young kids, just a regular vanilla and chocolate would be good. But they still ate their ice cream.

We visit treats at least once a week. The ice cream is delicious! And the staff always pleasant and helpful. Our favorite ice cream scoopin' gal is Sarah, she always has a smile & makes visiting Treats all the more fun. Try the Bittersweet Chocolate! It's worth going everyday! ;-) 💗

Got the vegan oreo milkshake with coconut milk. Courtney was awesome and recommended an item that wasn't on the menu. If you aren't a fan of coconut milk, try it with almond milk.

Delicious ice cream. Low sugar. The ones with a hand are made on premise so pick those!

Will go way out of our way to visit this shop for the saffron rose pistachio ice cream. All their ice cream is amazing, but this flavor is next level. Those are all subtle flavors and they blend them perfectly, the rose does not overpower anything but is just subtle enough to accentuate the saffron and pistachio.
Also really like the root beer flavor which is like spearmint, the chocolate orange, and the snickerdoodle. I also always look forward to my next visit to see what the rotational flavors will be.
Good cones too. And they always have some vegan options that aren't sorbets, which is nice and inclusive.
Their covid procedures made me feel safe picking up ice cream, they require masks, have hand sanitizer at the entry and exit, and separate the entrance from the exit.

Sweet little ice cream shop just off the main drag in Nevada City. It's at the bottom of Commercial Street, and features a cute wooden sidewalk outside and a vintage vibe inside. Seating is ice cream parlor style...adequate but not snuggle down and stay awhile comfy!
The main event, the ice cream, is shockingly good. Creamy, flavorful, fresh-tasting, and served in generous scoops. My daughter and I had enough ice cream to last us all the way back up to the top of Broad Street ☺.
The staff were friendly and patient, and happy to provide tastes to help you choose.
I only dinged one star because it seems so expensive...but it's probably in line with other gourmet scoops in touristy locations. I just choke on $4 a scoop!
