Lightwave Coffee and kitchen

So, my son and I took a little trip to Russian River redwood heaven during the Covid crisis. The food here just blew me away. We had bagel sandwiches.Then... the cheesecake...phenomenal! Wonderful couple, great also for the scenery and people watching. Just fab!

Stopped at this lovely spot just off the road between wine country and redwoods. The owners make you feel at home with warm soup and hot fresh mint tea.

A must stop if you're in the area and looking for great food with no fuss.

They were also very proud to announce that they now have real milk. Which the previous coffee shop in that spot did not.

Feels like a friendly living room - yummy, creative, homemade food at a really neat spot in the woods. Love the owners, and you can feel the love they pour into the place! A gem for travelers or day trippers, enjoy!

Our favorite place around for miles and miles. These two are special and Gal makes delicious pies, shakshuka, and refreshing amazing smoothies. We love Light Wave and bring all our guests here.

The food here is prepared with love and care and the owners are so incredibly kind! We came twice in two days and we love the atmosphere so much, we can’t wait to come again! Thank you!

Great place to stop off at. Very organic hippie vibe, very friendly. Coffee is great and the shakshuka was killer.

Lovely atmosphere and the people at the restaurant are very nice. However, the coffee was terrible and it was ridiculously expensive. I don't think I've had such a bad cup of coffee since I went to a Denny's in 1983.

Such a fun little place to relax and be in nature. The kind of place that makes you just smile and take a fresh breath of O2. Relaàaax to the quaint music, the retro phones and you might hear a little French in the background. The food is fantastic and service has that small town feel, where people learn your name before your drink and have real smiles instead of those that run on tips. But tips always help 😉. There's a mini skate park in the back and creek where you can go geode hunting. I hear they stock Stealheads at some point. Come-on up and have a good ole Time.

The decor and the music is fantastic. The food is great. Uri and Gal are the most generous and caring hosts. The place is filled with love. Must go and chill there.

Fantastic place! Ori and Gal are both super sweet and friendly and they make fantastic food. Loved the burekas and the bagels. They roast their own cafe and it’s also really good. Will definitely come back
