NEVER going back to this place. I’m pretty sure they’re racist because our coffee and sandwiches looked nothing like everyone else’s. They gave our sandwiches cold when they are supposed to be toasted and don’t let you know when your food is ready. The best part was the costco muffins.🤣 Paid 10 dollar alone for a small cold sandwich. Don’t come if you’re mexican LOL

Probably the cutest coffee house I’ve ever been to. Everyone is a friendly morning person and the man in front of me even bought me coffee. The best morning I’ve had in a very long time and a wonderful way to start the new year, thank you so much!

Coffee was in point! Breakfast sandwich was bigger than expected and all priced appropriately. Quaint old home with wooden floors and kind of a Mardi gras theme... plenty cozy spots indoors and patio outdoors

Amazing coffee. Friendly, and great ambiance. Cozy, affordable, classy, and quality through the roof. This place is a well kept local favorite. With great reason.

Just stopped by before Vet parade. Had mocha and a latte. Nice converted cafe. Just like sitting at home. The barista was very busy, but efficient and kind. Not expected that many customers at once before the parade she mentioned. Anyway, I will have to stop by for breakfast sometime. But for now I give it a thumbs up for the hot drinks.

Came here for the 1st time today and was blown away! Such a cute place from out front. I had no idea it was even a business at first! I had already had my coffee for the day so I tried their Lemonade and what I believe was called the Cali-Bean sandwich. It was the best ham bacon sandwich I've ever had! Came with Mayo Lettuce tomatoes bacon ham 2 kinds of cheese also came with mushrooms and onions but I got mine without. All on 5seed bread which I normally don't dig but was in love with this sandwich from the first bite! I will definitely come back. On and the Lemonade was perfectly sweet. Couldn't have found a better gem in downtown Modesto!!

This place is very welcoming and the staff is very helpful and friendly. The effort behind the aesthetic creates a space that's peaceful and very charming. A beautiful place to start your day.

although I love the name and the ambiance of the place, the coffee was not great and the food was quite bland. I recommend this as a place to go study but bring your own coffee if you’re needing that extra push.

Been meaning to check this place out and finally got a chance. I realized I've driven by it so many times because it looks like a house, and without paying attention I've never seen the sign there. Walking in felt a bit awkward - quiet and no greetings from the two people working. Ordered a latte, which was made pretty quickly and tasted fine. However they charge you a fee to use a card for payments under $5, which I am not a fan of (bring some cash if coming here). The best part about this place is the outdoor seating with the fountains and the relaxing surroundings, but even that could do with some tidying up if I'm being honest.

Delightful atmosphere, beautiful patio, and the food was GOOD! LGBTQ+ friendly. Definitely recommend! :)
