Brick Coffee House Café

I really like this place. They have a beautiful outside eating area. It is just a comfortable and warm feeling in there. The staff is so kind. Everything is made there and it is good. If you are looking for $1 coffee this isn't the place. The prices compare to any coffee house. However, here I feel it is worth it!

The gals behind the counter were talking so much to each other it took a while to get my order in. The older gentleman was very rude. He brought out my salad and set it down hard in front of me. I said thank you and he just turned and walked away. The food was really good but the service made me feel unwelcome.

Service, food, and ambience was amazing! Some attention to busing/clearing of tables would have made the visit a 5 Star event!

Worker was very unprofessional. Announced to the intire restaurant she was the only person making drinks so its going to be awhile. There were atleast 5 employees and the guy server avoided helping his team and hide outside only helping his few tables and chatting. Where is he team work? Urgency and over compassion for the guest? The best part is when the cooks peaked out and saw a long line growing and got frustrated....Sorry to say this place will go down fast if they keep it up.

Cute atmosphere. My first time in but the breakfast skillet was amazing. I got bacon and boyfriend got sausage. I regretted not getting the sausage. I expect Jimmy Dean breakfast links and instead it was andouille sausage. The scone was inexpensive but pretty good.

Two words: The Don. When I'm in the mood for a delicious hot chicken sandwich, The Brick is the place for me. Lunch time is always busy and rightfully so. Service and food are both great! I've never ordered anything I didn't end up liking.

For our family of 4 it was only 39$ we all enjoyed our meals, we got the omelets, jalapeño bagel, and breakfast burrito with a cappuccino.

This facility is beautiful. It is right out of a small town picture book. It is one of those cafes I'd like to operate one day. Unfortunately, the staff was not welcoming. I expected more from a small town business. I thought they'd welcome visitors, but apparently we only made them upset. I felt like I was in New York City (horrible customer service). So we ordered tea and left. This place is so cute, I wish my experience was different.

They forgot to give me my food, and I sat there for 15 minutes waiting for a sandwich they already made. When I tried to ask about my food, I was treated impatiently like I was being rude for even asking. No apology for the mistake. Just handed me a bag and said, “here ya go”.

The food itself was good, but the service was definitely lacking.

I love the coffee house. I wanted a job here so badly. Applied a few times, but nothing... Guess it wasn't meant to be. However,... their drinks are amazing! Whether it be Hot, Cold, or Blended they beat Starbucks a$$ any day.
