Fantastic little Shop. I visited for the first time over this past weekend. There's a wide selection of coffee, tea and other beverages along with a snack. The vibes were really relaxing and enjoyable. The decor here is my favorite part but they have tasty lattes here. Prices are very fair, quick service with friendly staff. They have outdoor dining as well which is great on sunny days. Overall great experience and looking forward to returning back to try other items on the menu.

5 stars even thought they were out of honey for my espresso. But because the people were nice, the pastry (even though messy) was very tasty, the espresso was robust and large as a double….plus the scene was super chill and relaxed, 5 stars. Had a quick meeting here and needed some fuel for my soul, and this treat hit the spot.

I have been living in California for 18 years, with my husband on weekends we go to different areas and Los Gatos is one of my favorites. We had lunch and stayed for coffee in this cafeteria: It has two rooms connected by two arches with many tables, lots of wood and art deco decoration. A wide variety of coffees and teas, I recommend Cafe Borgia: espresso & hot chocolate topped w/orange zest & nutmeg. They also have salads, chabata panini, croissants, scones, muffins, bagels, quiches, bottled beer, cider and fine wines. On the street there are also small tables (European style) and a large one (for 6/8 people) with an umbrella. The staff is very friendly and professional.
I highly recommend this place for a pause with a good coffee. Expect a Five start everything.

Nice spot with lots of space to work if needed. Would also work for a coffee meeting.

Two big rooms and enough space not to be jammed next to someone else / another table. Nice coffee and baked goods too - order coffee in one room and pastries / food in the other.

I didn’t test/ use the WIFI.

This coffee shop has been one of my favorites literally for decades. I first learned of it as a great source of coffee beans in the mid 1990s (I loved their La Minita beans which were my go-to for many years). They have a great bakery section with many choices (I enjoy the everything croissant), the coffee bar serves a great cup of Jo, and I love the Borgia Mocha. They have also finally started to make crepes again since stopping during the pandemic. This is still one of the top coffee shops in the bay area and I highly recommend that people give them a try.

Ask anyone in Los Gatos where you can find the best coffee in town and they’ll invariably point you to the Coffee Roasting Company.

This iconic shop has been sourcing and roasting premium beans from major coffee producing regions around the world since 1982. You can always choose among three fresh drip options in the morning: light roast, dark roast, and decaf. There’s a separate espresso bar offering all the traditional handcrafted coffee drinks as well as a few unique concoctions. You can also buy whole beans ground to order, as well as pour-overs of your favorite blend or single origin coffee, at the counter in back. If you love great coffee, this is the place for you!

In addition to coffee, tea, and decadently fresh pastries, the cafe menu has been expanded over the years to include a variety of light breakfast and lunch items as well as beer and local mountain wine.

But this is more than just a coffeehouse. It’s the unofficial Town Hall where local residents gather to meet, greet, or just hang out at a table in front and watch the world go by. The gently worn furniture and exposed brick walls create a relaxing old school European vibe. The shop is open every day until 6pm and there’s live music several nights a week.

The Coffee Roasting Company just celebrated their 40th anniversary. And although founder and owner Terri Hope recently sold part of the business to a silent partner, she still proudly presides over the operation as if it were entirely her own. She’s also a major influencer in the community as Chair of Los Gatos Music & Arts, a nonprofit that raises funds for music and arts programs by hosting live summertime concerts (including Jazz on the Plazz).

With fewer and fewer independent shops like this, I’m glad that the Los Gatos Coffee Roasting Company continues to thrive, and I highly recommend it.

Great staff. The ambiance is nice. Was a little confusing and cramped when ordering the coffee. Muffin was good. Coffee was normal, nothing special. Although I did like the mexican hot chocolate coffee that was interesting i’ve never tried before but not bad! Cute place you should visit!

Nice coffee shops to enjoy your drink while meeting with your friends. It is a neighborhood coffee shop where a lot of locals hang out. Parking is easy, lots of street parking available

A lovely cozy place with amazing lemon cheesecake and coffee. I heard that there will be a band live show here in the evening.
