The coffee here is quality, I love it, they know exactly what they are doing and every time it my latte coma out perfect. The staff is always very polite and welcoming and the space is always clean. Large enough to enjoy coffee or snacks inside with plenty of space, they also have a few outdoor tables as well.

Best coffee, we stop every time we are in the area for coffee and stock up on coffee beans. Teri and the store are a treasure but she is a staple to Los Gatos

I love the coffee here. This time got a caramel latte and some scones. It was unfortunate that they were out of biscottis. Really nice friendly people and awesome service. They have changed a little bit of the interior design from last time.

One of your baristas is extremely unprofessional and unwelcoming. This location is convenient to me however over a few visits I have observed concerning behaviors from one of the employees. Few days back she kept demanding an elderly to use walker (which is none of her business) another time I observed her badmouthing another client. Her overall behavior makes me very uncomfortable coming in here. She tends to get upset easily and will begin to slam cash drawer to make sure that customers know she's annoyed. All of this is just beyond unprofessional and unwelcoming to all of us. Trashing the vibe of what otherwise could be a very pleasant place.

Can’t say that I had a great experience with the afternoon coffee bar. The espresso drinks do not taste great and my iced mocha was not mixed, I had to mix it up myself with the wooden stir spoon. When I was there yesterday, the refrigerator holding drinks (which is inches from the line for ordering) is so loud that it’s stressful to be in the room. Management should have that refrigerator turned off if it’s not working properly; it is not right to customers or employees to have to cope with the sound. I did bring this up with an employee and he said the management was aware of the problem.
