Excellent in-house roasted and brewed coffee. Very friendly and inviting. Will be coming back. Gabe the barista was super informative on how they operate and roast coffee. Great experience. Support 🇰🇷+🇺🇸 owned businesses!

My sisters asked for two iced vanilla lattes and I asked for a hot oatmilk latte and the girl taking our order didn't care to listen to us even though we double checked with her and she made the opposite of what we asked for. When we asked them to remake the drinks, they gave us a lot of attitude and continued to not listen. The oatmilk latte tasted great, but the iced vanilla lattes were mid. We noticed they were much nicer when a white woman went to order her drinks :) wouldn't come back.

Ice coffee with crème. It was one of their signature drink 💕 Everyone there are so fashionable 🥹

Went there early in the morning. Really nice atmosphere with good music to work or just enjoy some coffee. Had a cappuccino and a matcha latte (was excellent as it was smaller than at many other places so it felt like the matcha was more intense).

Over-hyped. The quality of the coffee has gone downhill since they opened. Their espresso tastes like burnt beans, the latte tasted like diluted chocolate milk, not coffee. Their trash cans were overflowing, and a line out the door tells me bad management and understaffed.

Good not great craft coffee.

When it comes to eye-appeasing, Japanese-esque aesthetic, Maru Coffee is up on the list. Ample natural sunlight, open views of how your drink is made, and colors (mostly beige and white) that soothe instead of scream — this is a place you'll find yourself in, after a dissatisfaction of cramped, loud, and grungy-looking coffee shops.
Maru Coffee house-roasts the coffees they serve, and they have your standard selection of brewing methods, including but not limited to: Hand pours (with the use of the Kalita dripper), espresso machine-based drinks, and a selection of signature drinks. They also have a few different ceremonial matcha powders on hand, both served and sold in-house.
I was a little weary after reading a review of poor attentiveness in staff service at this location, but subsequent visits have personally dulled that notion. Maru is definitely a coffee shop I'll be frequenting in the weeks to come.

Love, luv, luuuuv the space!!! Coffee is pretty amazing, too. My hubby had the Honduras pour over and I an almond latte; both dreamy! Great place to have some great coffee and chill.

Simple elegant space with fantastic coffee. Early morning visit is the best, waking by the beautiful morning sunshine through the window while enjoying the best latte in town.

Serious coffee with notes of flamboyant, hints of confidence, and a finish of exclusivity. What's more fun is to people-watch the type of Maru customers, man buns here and there, messy but not so messy beards, Balenciaga everywhere.
