Highly Likely

Coffee that’s good at good coffee spots is pretty expectable. What’s unexpected was how horrific the service was. Took our order and immediately walked around the corner sat at a table and started texting and talked to another employee there about us rudely. Very strange experience. No one made our drinks or food until we walked up and asked about them. Starbucks has bad coffee but at least the people aren’t out right rude and nasty.

Great food, I like the quality. There is a variety of food and has clean tables. Very casual food place.

I wish I could be writing a better review but I have to post something that was a bit odd today. This place is down the street where I work and I wanted to give it a try. I order the Highly Burger with an Horchata Iced coffee and the food was GREAT. The customer service on the hand was awful. The parking to pick up is really bad I had to park on a side street. There was one guy working at the counter making the coffee and I told him I"m here to pick up my order and he said I'll be right with you. Again, it's my first time here and I don't know the procedures for Covid-19 since nobody was really directing traffic. Another employee came out we will just call her (Green Eyes). I notice there were bags of food on the left side of the café I wasn't sure if they were like Panera and just pick it up. I told Green eyes if I could just pick it up and she said wait i'll help you right now. I asked her do I need to wait outside. Green eyes didn't say anything so I assume I'll just wait right were I was at. She asked for my order number and I gave it to her and she picks up the bag and iced coffee walk passed me and sit it on the table outside. She told me because of Covid-19 we ask customer to stay outside. Again, this is my first time here and nobody at the door to direct traffic anyways. I wasn't sure if the order was mine or the 2 ladies waiting outside already ? ? I told her it was kind of stupid to just walk past me and not give me the order ? She just ignore me and the 2 ladies were asking her questions. The Food is a 5 STAR but the customer service was 2-3 at best. I'll be coming back but hopefully Green Eyes isn't the one helping.

Highly Likely is my favorite place in LA. Food is incredible, with great choices for vegans, vegetarians, meat eaters - everyone will be thrilled. I have so many favorite options in the menu it’s hard to choose one, but there are days when I know my day will be better if I get a Highly Burrito and Oat Matcha. Or Maitake Toast. Or the bowls. Did I say crew is the nicest and coolest? Did I mention they sell deli products above and beyond?
Also, great respect for continuously delivering the same high quality day by day, Covid or no Covid. Not many places can say that. Please don’t change ♥️

Very nice cafe with fantastic food. Has free wifi and space to get some work done. Pet friendly as well. Parking is a hit or miss as there are free streets to park on and may need to walk a few minutes. The hospitality from the staff could have been more friendly and inviting.

Nice cozy location. Great place to study. Giving one less star because the chai latte was a watered down version of just Chai. It's ok to have Chai on the menu but dont call it a chai latte because those two are not the same thing especially if its watered down chai. Other than that great.

The best breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had in my life. I can’t wait to come back for the fish sandwich. Their selection of wine is incredible. Highly recommended.

The White Yuzu beer was unique and smooth!

Im so in love with this place I just moved to the area and I feel like I found my second home. I can get work done, eat extremely well, have coffee and wine at the same time! The staff are amazing so nice and very helpful. One morning I left my card at home one of the employees let me venmo him money and he used his card to purchase my lunch! Such a family vibe love love love it. Did I mention that the food is everything!!!!!

The highly burger was great, only thing is I felt like I could eat 3 of them. I'm not a big guy but I just felt like I need at least 2 to be satisfied. But $9 is a fair price for a quality burger.

Even though I'm from West Covina/Walnut, I've lived near Imperial and Vermont and for some reason it just feels deeply wrong being at Highly Likely.
