The best coffee I have had in a long time. Attention the detail and very clean. I would recommend this place to any coffee conisour.

No frills coffee by ex-molecular scientist. Inside reflects accordingly, resembling a minimal chem lab. With that being said, delicious coffee and thoughtful preparation. Service can be slow though, so expect to wait. They take time and care.

Excellent coffee. Great technique. No sugar. This place is pure, unique, and awesome!

Amazing hip coffee shop with great coffee and a very interesting story. The cafe is in China down hidden in a mall building but its surely worth a visit.

Tasty, tasty coffee.
Did you know: the owner and barista, Jack, actually has his own water recipe where he strips and adds minerals back into his brewing water every week! Wild

Best espresso in LA. Very unique roast and flavors. Coffee notes you won't see anywhere!

Exquisite espresso and pourover. Beans from top roasters worldwide. Today the espresso was a Rwandan bean roasted by Drop in Sweden, and the pourover was a Burundi roasted by SEY in New York. Worth blowing your caffeine budget for.

Love the food and the people that work at this cafe! Egg White Breakfast Burrito and Avacado with Poached Egg are both a must try! Also, their coffee here is great!
Definitely give this place a try! You will love the drive up and the scenery around the cafe!

Terrific espresso shot. Knowledgeable barista provided great info on pulling a great shot

Heard good things, but was pretty disappointed. Bought two cold brews, which were fine, if a little watery. For the price ($4.50 each) I would’ve hoped for something a little better. Maybe just a bad batch, who knows.
The lady who rang us up was curt and impersonal. We were the only customers at the time though she seemed eager to get us on our way.
Also disappointing was the ambience: they have a lovely open air patio space, which was disturbed by a big loud line for the fried chicken shop across the alley, which inclined us to move on.
Sounds like lots of local folks love this cafe, so this is probably just an off day, but hopefully this alternate perspective helps.
