Capital One Café

Just opened up about two weeks ago but it's a great spot to get work done (plugs and usb ports) but you can get help with credit/debt since they have classes. Also, if you have a Capital One CC you get 50% off drinks (not sure about food).

I recommend it 100%, the energy and attention is first class, I give special thanks to the manager Madis who treats you as if you were family.

Had great service here when opening up my account. The new account seems great and one great advantage they dont charge u some fees. But if u call the 800 they can take a long time to answer the phones.

Moved to DTLA just recently and this place saves my times and energy and money. Nice staff and clean and modern venue. Highly recommended.

Making my credit card payment here is a breeze. I'm not 1 to pay with my debit or through mail so this option is so much better and quick.

Capital one customers get parking validation and there's a couple of employees there to assist. The cafe offers 50% of the drinks if you use a Capital one card as a form of payment.

Ashley from Capital One downtown was a great help. Patience and knowledge, that's what I found.
