I went into the cafe to pay on two credit cards. One balance $450 my everyday card and one had a balance of less than $10 but I wanted to pay the balance. I have three Capital One Credit cards. I asked the Coffee barista for change for a $20 so that I could pay the small balance and was told per policy she could not break my $20 so I ask to speak to a manager. I was tired, I have MS and knew that I needed to handle my business as quickly as possible to head home to rest. Kendra the barista calls for her manager as I ask, as he approaches she stated “This customer is “Angry” I will not supply her change. Angry? Angry is a trigger word if there was ever a trigger word for the African American woman in America. Even if I were angry, which I wasn’t it would be an inappropriate adjective or statement of feeling to use. I was a bit heated, but even as heated, upset and in a state of disbelief; I wasn’t angry. Anger is a strong emotion, it should not be used so carelessly to describe a Black disabled woman who was simply a bit tired and needed change.

Today Devon went above and beyond to help me resolve some issues I was having with my account it took alot of patience on his behalf and I would have never been able to do it on my own. I'm just so glad he stuck it out with me to get everything resolved thank you so much Devon. Will someone please give this man a promotion or a raise because he is the optiomy excellent customer service.

The 3 guy employees were great. But why in the world are they still standing all day. With so many companies hiring, you would think that this company would want to take care of their employees. Even Aldi has seats for their employees. As if they can't stand up when needed. Who wants to stand up for 8 hours especially when its slow because of the pandemic. Take care of your employees Capitol One.

I was trying to set up a power of attorney with Capital One Support Center, but their customer service was abysmal, and they didn't even know what they were talking about. So I called this location and instantly one of the ambassadors, Kelly, was able to provide me with the information I needed, and also verify with TWO managers. If I could give 10 stars for her, I would.

I liked the capital one cafe as it's a relaxing place with free wifi. The people who work there don't bother you. Also I work late and their ATM makes me feel more secure as you have to have a capital one card to get in; you are not standing on a side walk. The ATM also has a big mirror that says "We got your back". Their savings account gave much higher interest than national average so I bank there.

If you look like you have money you will be well received here. If not, GOOD LUCK! Having the "right" complexion seems to make getting help easier and the whole thing a more enjoyable experience.
I was very disappointed, I was looking forward to a seamless transaction, but to no avail.

Stumbled upon this place as I 😍 Peet's Coffee. Delicious pretzel croissant and the barista was so nice and very helpfu
l. Security whatever guy told me you can't stay and eat inside because of the pandemic, even if I'm the only person inside. Lol. BTW, I paid with my Capital One Credit card. It's like kicking out a loyal member. 10+points to the barista tho. Thanks for the help!

I had to work remote for 3 days while my daughter attended FIDM and these guys were so accomodating. I am a capital one member but was not asked or hasseled once. I came in got a cup of coffee sat down and got staright to work. The wifi connection was great, the customer service at the coffee bar was fantastic and the banking assistance I witnessed was energetic and professional. The cafe was clean as well as the surrounding area.
