The best kept secret in DTLA. I've had mycr fitcard account for Alana very 10 years. And this place is awesome. The attention from the staff makes you feel welcome. And Peet's coffee is way better than the "Bucks" coffee.

At first I was thoroughly skeptical of this digital online banking but then there was a certain Ashley at this location from point a to point B she was thoroughly patient extremely informative about all the banks products immediately I feel comfortable and submitting to open up an account Ashley is very personable and very sharp and very pleasant I’ve recommended four people to her already at the end of my experience I felt very comfortable and confident in traveling knowing the capital one will always be present for me in a matter where I am in the United States. Thank you Ashley you’re an angel!

So I have to drive 1 hour if I want to talk to CapOne rep in person? You used to have a great user interface online with email support and now that's all gone. How do you go from providing a great online UI experience to user viscous one?

Spacious place, it is very clean. They have good drinks and if you have a Capital One card you get 50 percent off the handcrafted drinks.

I remember going here and the atm machines weren't working. One of the attendants said we could use an atm....that was technically outside and in the lobby of a building next door. lol My experience felt as if I was in a Starbucks and the atm machine was busted. I didnt bother having coffee. The place should be called Cafe by Capital One, since it feels more like a coffee shop than a bank. Interesting setup though.

My new office. It’s quite clean, secure and not at all noisy and I can take care of my financial needs anytime if necessary as well. Food is also decently good. I’m glad I found it my first day in L.A.

A very elegant and modern atmosphere with 50% off all drinks and pastries for capital one cards users. Very peaceful rarely crowded. Ample seating. Events and advises also free of charge.

Entering this store is a VERY UNCOMFORTABLE experience. As of right now there are literally 6 people standing next to each other and staring every time you come in. I take phone calls out so I keep coming in and out and they keep staring. When I first came in they greeted me with an aggressive "CAN I HELP YOU". I am a Capital One customer, didn't think I need to be interrogated like that.
