Very average chicken sandwich but bonus points for friendly service.

Overall the quality wasn’t bad but the chicken in my sandwich was incredibly flavorless. It reminded me of boiled chicken. The fries were also very obviously straight out of the freezer and did not impress.

I got two chicken sandwiches, fries and two bottled drinks and it was somehow $42 but you live and you learn I guess.

Overall it wasn’t disgusting or anything just nothing special, especially for $20+ per person

Can't speak to the donuts although they looked really good, but spicy chicken sandwich was bomb. Massive chicken breast breaded and deep fried. You get what you pay for. I've tried many fried chicken sandwiches downtown all similar price but none compared to the size of this monster. Heat is perfect too, good kick to get the nose dripping but not too much that you can't enjoy it. The picture makes it look bland but trust me it is not. They also melt cheese under the bun which really adds to the flavor. I want to try a donut but man it's impossible to have one right after eating a chicken sandwich. Luckily I can't find a calorie count anywhere.

I really wanted to give a good review.. Breakfast burrito grilled chicken spicy.. wasn’t good after finding long red spirals ?? Looked like plastic.. I threw the other half away. Grilled chicken?? Was crispy.. LOL!

Very good hole in the wall spot that sells fried chicken sandwiches and donuts.

I ordered the Birdies Spicy and although it wasn’t as big as I had hoped, it had a lot of flavor and the chicken was very juicy and worked well with all the other ingredients.

Staff was very helpful and the food was ready fairly quick. Good spot if you just want to post up on the sidewalk and have a quick bite

For being in Downton LA, the price is very reasonable and the portions are filling. A single chicken sandwich should properly fill you up as the chicken size is bigger than expected, especially for $13. I went towards afternoon and they had a buy one, get one free in donuts which were really worth their price at that time. Also ordered the Strawberry Matcha for $7, will really depending if you like Matcha.

Leaking bathroom sink, no soap, broken faucet. Dark specs in water, good napkins. Donut was kind of flavorless and not soft. Spicy chicken sandwich was a good spice, coleslaw and pickles were alright. The chicken was not tender, flavorless, and the breading was soft and slipped off the chicken.

Very tasty breakfast sandwich with great bread and perfect chicken tender.

Small minimalist black & white interior, regular fresh hand made donuts with inventive toppings. I didn't try the free-range chicken sandwich but it looked delicious. I had the maple bacon and the cinnamon toast donut, both were delicious.

A most go, the chicken sandwiches are outstanding I strongly recommend trying spicy (it’s not that spicy, the right amount of flavor). The donuts are amazing my favorites pistachio. Staff is cool, sarcastic and make it fun place to be.

OMG what a gem! I didn't remember to take pics of the chicken but the tenders were so juicy and fresh. The breading is not too crunchy and perfectly seasoned. And I don't know where to start with the doughnuts! Iv tried some samples and went with cookies and cream. Best choice.
