Really great service and even better food. I was in town for 2 days and hit it both days for breakfast. The fried chicken bacon, egg sandwich was the best I have ever had.

I love their Spicy Chicken sandwich with the ghost pepper. It's always perfectly juicy and crispy with a strong heat that doesnt linger too long. A nice big filling piece of tender chicken. This is my favorite chicken sandwich in LA. Made fresh so there's always a wait but worth it to me. Optionally get the tater tots. Small shop that also sells unique donuts.

One of the best tasting chicken sandwiches I’ve had. Love the slaw because it has peppers and it gives it a good kick.

We were hungry after a night out. It was 2:30am and it was one of the few places open at this hour. We didn’t expect much but wow it was actually amazing. The chicken is delicious, crispy and tender… and the sauces were great too. And we had lovely service from the server.

Their fantastic chicken sandwich features the juiciest and plumpest fried chicken I've ever had. Their breakfast sandwich is killer too, try that with the chicken only if you are REALLY ravenous. Their fries are crispy and delicious, with or without sauce (they come with ketchup only so ask for any other sauce you'd like for a small charge). This place also features gourmet donuts ($3-$4 per) and EXTREMELY nice staff. Very minimal seating so I'd suggest doing takeout. Totally worth it!

Chicken strips were huge but not fully cooked all the way and were covered in undone batter. It was slow when I visited but that's no excuse I paid my hard earned money. Strawberry lemonade was fantastic and the service was awesome. Food just sucked

I love birdies! I have been a regular customer since July 2022. The Birdies breakfast sandwich has this yummy sauce in it.The burrito is also amazing with the avocado in it. The staff is so friendly and sweet. This place does get very busy but the staff always has a smile to help you. Highly recommend you try this spot when in DTLA! This is everyone’s favorite breakfast sandwich spot.

The donuts and coffee here are great! Try the cloud cappuccino! Delicious:)

I've heard about this place and definitely wanted to check it out. Since we were going to see a show at the Belasco and it was right down the street, it was the perfect opportunity to pop in. Man, I tell you, I couldn't have been happier about that decision.

First of all, Kai, who was working, was super helpful and knowledgeable. I had a couple of questions about the wings and the sandwiches, and he broke everything down for me. Let me know about how they make everything fresh there, including all their sauces. He recommended I get the Birdies spicy chicken, and it was fire! So delicious! My son got the garlic parmesan wings, & he inhaled them. While standing there waiting for our food, we were looking at the donuts, and Kai broke those down for us, too. We had to grab a couple for breakfast in the morning. We haven't had them yet, but I'm sure they're going to be phenomenal. We also did try their horchata donut, and it was fantastic.

This place is definitely worth coming into and checking out, and if you're lucky, maybe Kai will be working.
