A very cool coffee shop with breakfast offerings! A nice change from Starbucks! Eclectic interior and tasty coffee and food. I like that they are open at 530am! Had to evacuate the local campground at 4am due to a rocket launch! Needed coffee badly! Now it's time to watch the launch from Vanderberg Space Base!

Love the ambiance of this local spot in Lompoc. Local artisans and jewellery on shelves as you enter, a cute and cozy back area with couches and books available to read, and fun design details from the patio to the upper mezzanine. The space is large but has unique areas that make it feel cozy. We sat up in the upper mezzanine to work by the lovely open windows on a warm summer day. Nostalgic early oughts pop on the playlist. My double shot cappuccino was good and frothy, if a little bitter.

I absolutely love this place! And the staff is amazing! The food is delicious and the menu selection delightful. I bring every one who visits here!

Out of towner but was recommended this coffee shop. Wonderful atmosphere, friendly people and a yummy blended caramel brulee, highly recommend!

I rember when this place opened. On the 1990's .It is a great day time coffee shop. Has many items to eat fresh bakery goods with easy service. Coffee and tea drinks are made quick and brought to your table. Free games to play and a wide variety of chairs tables and couches to relax on. Out aide seating with umbrella and a connected music store. With 2 dance halls in the same building. Very hip.

Love going to the locally owned coffee shop in our little town and running into friends! Such a cozy atmosphere, with an upstairs study area! They have more than just coffee. Yummy eats available to enjoy with your beverage.

I ordered a breakfast crossiant on doordash it came to me super burnt! I usually order my breakfast sandwich from here & have it delivered to me at work but this is the second time it has arrived to me burnt. I don't have time to leave work, drive over there and make a complain so because of this reason I possibly won't be returning and ordering breakfast elsewhere.

Whether it’s a weekend brunch, coffee before work, or you want a homemade lunch, Southside is my go to. I love the local artwork inside and the reading corner. My favorite is the loft though with the beautiful windows where I can watch everyone go about their days.
I have enjoyed their new unique menu items, the flights were a fun way to try new drinks and found a few new favorites! The food is always quick and delicious. I often get their avocado toast and have enjoyed every way they have prepared it. When I’m in a hurry grabbing a warmed bagel and coffee to go with their front spot parking has always helped me to be quick with my day.
The staff is attentive, kind and enjoyable to chat with.

I can’t get enough of this place! From the very first experience (about 100 drinks ago) until now, there hasn’t been anything but exceptional service and the best quality foods/drinks. Their sandwiches are totally made with love, but you could probably already assume that by the genuine care expressed for the entire community within the shop! Halle is always creating new, unique ways to support the local community, which I find is incredibly respectable to see a business owner partake in. The drinks are crafted with the best products and the food is absolutely to die for!! You won’t find anything on the menu that will disappoint!

Really enjoy the decor and the environment. So far, the drinks are great and I love their quiche. Would definitely recommend as a place to sit and sip coffee. During busy times, it may not be best for a quick in and out. No complaints so far. :)
